I think that to get the credit loans from banks you must present a good motivation. But, once I've got a bank loan, because I wanted to buy a house.

They have called me from 8 different numbers at least 5 different times a day in three days and always a minute apart.  Now they're calling from this number.  It started on 12/29 and they even called me on New Years Eve, and New Years day.  These people are relentless.

I keep getting calls all day and night from World Financial.  How can I get them to stop calling.  Thanks

If you have asked the company to stop calling in writing, then you may be able to sue them under the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act).  This is the same statute that is used to sue junk fax companies.  The statutory damage award is $500 for each call and $1,500 per call if they have violated the statute wilfully.  

You should also get copies of any phone bills that show the dates and times of the incoming calls.  If your phone bill doesn?t show this information, then you should use a call log to keep a record of the dates and times.  I have posted a sample log on my web site that you can download and fill out.  http://www.sue4abuse.com/files/Download/Collection_Log.pdf

This number calls all times sunday evening sinday night 3 am 5 am I need to know who this is

Just started to get calls from 913-563-5509, I answered and they asked for some other person.  Before I could tell her to remove my number she hung up.  So I called back the options were Victorias Secret, NY&CO, Giant/Eag;e and some other place I have never heard from.  So I took opt 5 to talk to a rep. He asked formy acount number which I do not have with any of the stores.  So I told him to take my number off the list.  He said this number has a VS credit card...I said no it does not and if you call me again it's gonna go bad for you.

The 303-255 are scam calls stating they are VS and wanting your info, VS know nothing about this number

It is a credit card collections company.  They call for my Victoria's Secret card, but they also deal with Express.  The last 8 times (in 45 mins) that I have gotten the call they have not responded when I have answered.  Either respond back when I answer or stop calling!

This number has called me repeatedly and no one answers me when I answer and no one leaves a voice mail when I don't.  This is my cell and so answering this call will only charge my airtime and I do not recommend anyone else doing so as well.

Really weird part is when I got the card, I just put in my name, birthday, and that's it. It went to the payment screen and asked me if I was ready to pay...I thought there was a mistake and I couldn't apply for the card, but when I clicked "pay" it said "thank you for using your angel card." I never put in any personal info...how is this a legit CC? And how can they report to credit bureaus? Or was my card an odd glitch in the system?

How can they "force" you to pay a bill just by you answering a ringing phone?  Does the person on the other end of the phone call come through the phone and put a gun to your head?  Please do not over-state a situation with dramatic wording.  It makes you sound like a Drama Queen, which no one takes seriously!

This number continues to show on my caller ID.  It shows as "unknown", and no message is ever left.  I thought it was probably a misdialed number, but the caller continues to phone.  I'm concerned, because the caller does not want to be identified, and they never leave a message.  I have two young children, and I would not want them to unknowingly pick up the phone and possibly have a dangerous conversation with this caller.

This "company" has called numerous from this # and over 30x total in last few days. They must be a id theft scam of some sort. Claim to be creditors and yet do not know who calling for, ask for my SS#, name, address, and phone (etc), when I do not answer they do NOT leave a message as a real creditor would, and they call numerous times a day at all times which a real creditor would not do(as late as 8pm on a Sunday even). Are not registered with BBB either and the one phone # that did show it said they are not a real company. Now they are calling me from several #s, which I will report as well with Donotcall.com and BBB with the hope they stop calling.

Caller says it is important.

I got called twice just a couple of minutes apart.  Didn't answer, no message was left.

Keeps calling. No msg left.

Not shocked to see that this number is used for this.
And legitimate business get mad when we don't answer unidentified calls on our caller ID.
Maybe the guys living under the bridge are on to something here.

WFNNB calls four - five times a day from two different numbers.  One is 913-563-5509 (Kansas.)  The other is an Ohio Number - 614-212-7561.  I just pick up the phone if it is handy, check the caller id, and if it is them, I answer and ask them to "Please hold."  I figure it has to be costing them in Long Distance Charges and it makes me laugh to know that.  Don't have any outstanding debts so I figure they will figure it out sooner or later.  Idiots.

I continously get calls (approx. 4 times a day) from this number from as early as 8:00 am till after 9:00 pm

and stop calling so early in the morning.

They called me asking for my daughter 6 times in 6 hours starting early Sunday morning. Woke me up out of bed. They said it is World Finacial Services. I asked to talk to the woman's supervisor and she refused. so I swore at her and slammed the phone down. If they call me again today they will be so sorry. They are gonna think that they reached Satan. I wish telemarketing was illegal.

I'm getting calls from this number 3-4 times a day. They never leave a message & refuse to leave a message when my anyone else answers the phone. I do have WFS accounts but they are current or have no balance whatsoever. They call on Sundays & after 9 PM!
