My phone had literally been activated less than 15 minutes when this 913-563-5513 call came in. Didn't recognize it, so didn't answer. Frustrating and kinda stupid!

Today at 1:26PM.  No Voice Mail babbling left.

ID is "Comenity". Waste of Time. I do not need this bank finance info.

Your right it is Express. They do sometimes leave a message and i have there name on my phone every time they call.

I received a call from this number earlier today. As usual (for these type of supposed scam calls). no messgae was left. If you will not leave a message, I will not call back (I guess I'm quirky that way).

Since you seem to "know it all" I wish to put two questions to you.

1. If all of us who posted here owe them money, why do they not leave messages to that effect?
2. Why do they not identify the type of account on which money is owed (it is a well-known fact that World Financial Network sponsors several types of credit accounts)?

I researched World Financial Network, and on their web site, they have a list of credit accounts they sponsor. I did not see any "Express" credit card (mentioned in other postings here). Also, I do have have any accounts with World Financial Bank itself, or ANY OF THE CREDIT CARDS THEY SPONSOR. So, Mr. BMB, perhaps you should use a technique that most weapons experts use. Make sure your brain is loaded before you shoot off your mouth with sweeping generalizations (in your case (this posting), mouth = fingers)

How do you know that this is World Financial Network? Can you post proof that this number is actually someone calling from World Financial Network?

I got a call from this number for the first time earlier today. Previous postings say it is World Financial Network, or, it is World Financial Network in reference to an "Express" credit card account (what is an express credit card?), or most say the caller does not identify themselves.  As for most  alls from these type of "people", no message was left. When I called this number back, I got a message stating "for training and quality control purposes, this call will be monitored and recorded. Then this message is repeated immediately in Spanish. After about 30 seconds of silence, I get a message saying "we appreciate your call. if you wish to speak with an agent, please call back during normal business hours. ABSOLUTELY NO IDENTIFYING COMPANY NAME OR WHAT THE NATURE OF THIS CALL IS IN REFERENCE, AND NO REFERENCE TO WHAT "NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS" ARE. Even if I wanted to call back, how do I know what "NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS" are.

this number calls me constantly and never leaves a message. When I do answer there is never anyone on the line.

913-563-5513 called me 4 times in a matter of Two hours on 09/04/07 & one more time on 09/05/07. I do not answer my phone when it's an "unavailable" number & they do not leave a message anytime they call me.

Called 3 times in the last half hour.  I do not answer.  They do not leave a message just hang up.

I do not answer calls from numbers not nown to me. They call all the NEVER leave a messege sometimes call 5times in 15mins. I work all day sometimes and it is anoying to get off work and see 6 missed calls from the same numder. That I do not know.

Ok I see this number is calling everyone...it called me twice this morning within 15mins of the last call. oh well some say its a finanicial network...who knows..another thing if it is they can't get what i don't have! ha!

This number has called my cell phone 6 times in the past 45 minutes.  Isn't this a violation of FDCPA?

Has called every minute since 9:05 AM.  Sometimes twice a minute.  I keep hitting ignore on my phone.  I hope they are just as irritated that I wont answer.  LOL!

Still constantly calling. Never leaves a message. They call at all hours and even Sunday. As devout Christian I take exception to that.

I also have received several calls from this telephone number on my newly assigned work cell phone.  I have advised the marketing caller (female)not to call again, yet, I still got another call the next day from the same number just a different (Male) caller.
