Had three calls (so far) in one day from these folks.  Once I picked up and got an auto-voice asking me to stand by for an important call.  After waiting 30 seconds I hung up. Other times I did not answer and they left no message.

i dont even own a credit card, all my debt is my student loans and I am still in school, so i know those are not late. These people call me  every morning at 7am and do not stop until 11pm. at least once an hour! This needs to stop!

I have answered this number a few times when they call and get hung up on as soon as I answer and say "hello" also. I've heard from quite a few people that certain businesses/companies are starting to sell your cell phone number out to soliciting agencies. I wouldnt be surprised if thats what it is.

Since March 27, I have received 33 phonecalls from these numbers.  I have no idea who this is for.  I have only had this number about 3 months as I said above.  It is ridiculous.  Try getting his address from the IRS or something, geesh and give me a break from this stupidity that seems to go with this company whomever it is.

I get no ring on my cell phone but will get a miss call and this happens 3-4 times a day and I think it is the world trade bank. This is happening 7 days a week and I have no other information other then another #913-563-5503. In fact that while I was typing this complaint they done it again. I will file a complaint with the FCC.

Yeah, the only problem is the calls I keep getting are not mine.  I've only had this number about 3 months and I'm getting calls for some guy I don't even know.  But if I call them, it wastes my time and money on my phone.  So I just ignore them.  I figure they will give up eventually, but like someone said, I don't answer unknown calls.  Only a few people even had my cell number and it's none of these people or even anyone I would have a credit card with.  They have my home phone number.  I typically get 4-5 a day.  I wish this deadbeat who had this number before me would pay his bills.

World Financial Network National Bank,  Not Wells Fargo

4/16/2012 This number is World Financial and they are the bank that represents my Maurices Credit Card.  I am literally (due to some unfortunate circumstances)well, my invoice was due on 3/27/2012 and they have called my phone at least 10 to 15 times a day and it does not matter what time it is.  The phone starts at 8am and doesn't stop until around 11pm.  I receive calls from 614-212-7553/614-212-7504/614-729-6813, 913-563-5521/913-563-5503, 303-255-5083/303-255-5040.  Now all of these numbers call at least 10 to 15 times individually.  This is absolutely crazy. I have already paid my bill but these people started calling my home even before the bill was due.  I really don't think it's worth having a credit card that is going to call your home before the bill is due.  To call so many times, I am glad that I do not have any kids at home to answer the phone.

Of course they keep calling. You owe them money!

Are there any authorities tracking these guys down?  I get repeated call from all over the country from these obvious scammers.

This has to do with one of my credit cards and a late payment.  Glad to find this thread on the net!  They never leave a message, so I figure it must be some kind of autodial.

If they are calling on your cell phone like they do mine you can save the number under the name "don't answer" and then pick "silent ring" as the call tone for that number.  This way you don't even know when they're calling!

Keep getting calls from World Financial. I don't have credit cards so it can't be calls for late payments.

This is correct I didn't answer there call because they left no message. I looked up the number on the internet. This could be Wards Lane Bryant 7th Ave Ginnys or several others. They do call a lot. I called them and glad I did I had been in and out of the hospital and didn't get my payment in I for one was glad they called it saved me a late charge! Now I did talk to someone yesterday made that payment they called again twice today. Yeah they are a pain but if you can't get your payment in just call they will usually work something out for
