Apparently a robo call. several callsthroughout day

These people are ruthless and relentless! It's World Financial National Bank, AKA Comenity Bank who is the company behind many store credit cards. They started calling me this morning using 4 different calling numbers for a total of 7 calls within 5 hours.

The numbers they have used so far are 614-729-6040, 614-212-7505, 303-255-5092 and 913-563-5522.

They don't leave a message of any kind. I have one account through these people, and have kept a perfect payment record for years - but then upon logging into my account, discovered that my last payment did not process (have no idea why, received no notification), I just made the payment (current and previous month).  Strangely they would rather harass you than  actually communicate with you.  

They have an A+ rating with the BBB, however have many collections complaints. They maintain their rating by responding to all complaints. They would be more effective if they left at least a brief polite message.

I have a app on my phone that allows me to block any unknown or unwanted calls best app I've ever downloaded

I changed my number recently and this caller is calling me. I won't answer a number I don't know.
913-563-5522. Know it's got to be a scammer.

I have received one call from these people today and have NO patience for calls such as these, as I do not and never had any accounts with them.  I just read a post from a gentleman that said that these numbers CAN BE BLOCKED on your cell by an app called Mr. Number.  I just downloaded it and put the numbers in.  I have an Android and downloaded it from Play Store...not sure if it works for iphones, but I'd check it out or search for an app that blocks unwanted phone numbers.  So far so good!  Just thought I'd share!

I had no idea I was late on my bill for VS until all the calls rolled in. I receive paperless statements all the time, but this time nothing came in. I know better now...but the calls havent stopped

put the number in your contacts and assign a ringtone to it on silent, they will call but your phone will not ring...just an idea

When I call back a machine says it a phone # for Limited, Express, Victoria Secret, Justice and Chadwicks. They have been calling here everyday for 2 weeks 3 to 4 times a day and no one is on the phone.  I am having to have customers hold on until the line quits ringing because it is shorting them out from other line.  When I google the # it say they are debit collectors for those companies.  I don?t have any of there store cards and this is a company line.

For a legitimate business they sure have a lot of phone numbers and really shady business practices. If they don't leave a message I don't respond, if I don't recognize the number I don't answer. I get 15 to 20 calls a day from these a-holes and I don't even have a credit card from them, never mind shopped at their clients stores... Nor would I after this... Pure harassment.

they leave messages saying i've qualified for a payday loan. never applied for one. pretty rotten record keeping.

I'm so tired of these calls!  My payment isn't due for two more weeks and I don't get paid till tomorrow so I'm not paying the bill till then.  I finally answered yesterday and told the nice person on the phone that I could not pay till tomorrow and she said the calls may not stop till I pay my bill.

I love The Limited and Victoria Secret and wish they didn't have this policy to call and harass you until you pay the bill!  It almost makes me want to pay off the card and cancel!

If you have an Avenue card, it's also them.

This number calls my daughters cell phone and hangs up. She is too young to have credit cards or anything like that, and we ONLY use her number between immediate family members. Haven't signed up for anything, don't have any store credit cards, haven't published her number anywhere.

We have downloaded a call blocker app for her phone, so we add these types of calls to her blacklist, but it's still annoying to receive these calls all hours of the night/day!! There really is no way to make them stop other than call blocker. :(

Calling my job, which NO company is supposed to do to anyone.

World Financial also handles Victoria's Secret accounts. I'm trying to think if I've forgotten to pay something, but I haven't used my VS card in ages. Can't think of any other store cards that might use WF. I'm in California. They called 8:15 am, and just now from another prefix, and caller ID says Comenity. If anyone knows of any other stores in my area, please post. It's also possible my daughter has forgotten to pay her credit cards bill. Thanks!

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone.  No message left.  Not arrears in any accounts.  Please take me off call list.
