Everybody make sure that you know what u are doing when getting this card. i currently owe 85 dollars and have no idea why considering i haven't even used the damn card!! Haven't bought anything...I am so mad...didn't know why and i am gonna call tomorrow but i see now why....its for the identity protection...ugh why don't they tell u these things first...im gonna have to pay no matter what and im cancelling this card..they suck ever penny they can out of you; btw thanks for this post. super mega useful

these people call me everyday and never leave a message, they call numerous times a day.

Checked my bill.  I owe them $5. Exactly and precisely $5. For this, they have called me 17 times in two day. 17 times. I'm changing my phone number, and they will never see their $5 now, because of the bad will Victoria's Secret they have caused because of their harassment.  Do not shop or do business with Victoria's Secret.  I am a long-term customer. Or, should I say, I was.

I've been getting calls since yesterday 1 from this number, 2 from 313-255-5025, 2 from 614-212-7561, 2 from 614-729-6811, 2 from 614-729-5602, 1 from 614-212-7506. These calls have been consitent starting @ approx 7:30 am and not ending till almost 9pm. From what I understand it's probably Victoria's Secret WFNNB. Apparently I had forgotten to pay the $ 20 that was due on my card which by the way hasn't even been 10 days past due. I mean really your going to call my cell phone off the hook for $ 20. Never been late on a payment and I've always paid my balance, I forget 1 time and their going to blow up my phone while I'm at work. Lay off people maybe 2x is sufficient, oh and leave a damn message and people will call you back..

Please stop calling my cell number.

They sell magazines.. and stuff like that. The idea is that if you don't answer you might call them back. The did not offer a 'take me off your call list' and they are calling a business line.

This number was from Victoria's Secret/Pink Credit card. It calls my cell (hundreds of times) if I am 1 day over due on my account, which has a current balance of 14 dollars on it... (eye roll) Once I pay this final payment, I will NEVER have a card again from WFNNB retail stores. Harassment extreme!

WFNNB and Alliance Data Systems have bee ordered to pay $62,500 in damages to a consumer who was the target of Auto-Dialed, Robo-Calls.

A citizen harassed by auto-dialed robo-calls on his cell phone about a debt he never owed has won his lawsuit in federal court. The citizen charged the bank with a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Michigan's Collection Practices Act (MCPA).

Alliance and WFNNB claimed that one of its customers had given the consumer's cell phone number to them, but admitted that the consumer informed them of the error shortly after they began calling.

The consumer  sued because he never owed WFNNB any money and never had any business dealings with the bank. Nevertheless WFNNB and Alliance repeatedly autodialed the consumer's cell phone after learning of the mistake. WFNNB and Alliance admitted calling the consumer's  cell phone 56 times from August 18 to October 26, 2010.

The TCPA allows for recovery of damages of up to $500 per call, and triple judgment in case of willful actions. The Court in this case found that WFNNB violated the TCPA and acted willfully when it refused to stop calling the consumer's cell phone.

This phone number keeps calling me throughout the day.  They don't leave messages and i don't know who this number is.  It's very annoying.

Calling 3-4 times a day and not leaving a message. NO WAY am I answering some random Kansas phone number if I don't know who it is

I did call and left a message on the HR line that I was going to report them for making Robo calls, repetitive calls (no messages) and calling cell numbers.  Lets see what happens!

What I want to know is how they are getting cell phone numbers.  I answered and there is no answer.  I called back and they guy immediately asked for an account number and my reply was..."account number - I do not know who you are, why you are calling my cell over and over again...like 6 to 8 times a day, I do not have an acct number,  but I am telling you now...do not call my cell number again...if you have something for me...send it via USPS." Of course, they are calling me  yet again at 6 am ....going to report them.  I thought Robo calls (especially for credit co.) are illegal???

I read that this is WFNNB, I also get calls for them from 614-729-6811 and 614-729-5602...they all do the same thing, answer and no one is there, don't answer and they don't leave a message. What is the point if they don't say why they're calling??
Does anyone have any information on how to get them to stop other than to make a payment? I know that this kind of harassment is illegal.

I don't know them or have anything to do with a World Financial Company,. I live in Ill which is Illegal to call before 9am. This is crazy and uncessary

Googled this unknown missed call (no message), lead to this forum, and based on other's comments realized that it has to do with my Victoria's Secret Angel Card. Checked it out and my payment was past due (oops!).

My question is, why was it so hard to find this out? Really, VS, you couldn't have sent me an email, or at the very least left a message? I had to google the number, sift through websites, find one that looked relevant, then peruse a half dozen messages for a clue leading to the answer?

My wife and I keep getting calls from them about someone else's bill.  No matter how many times we tell them they don't live at this address or have this number any longer they continue to call.  I have even contacted other services to attempt to stop them from calling but with no success.  I too wish they would stop calling.

I just got my bill from Victoria's secret yesterday... Feb 13th.  They have been calling me 2-3x's a day for 4 days now! Seriously!! They need to chill out! My bill is not past due and I do not appreciate being harassed 2 days before I get my bill to pay it!!!

These numbers keep calling.  CALLER ID says World Financial. If I answer it their Machine says Victoria Secret. Or New York & Company W/ instructions to push #'s. I Can never get to a person.. If I don't answer it, no message is ever left. They call before 8 am and just called again . It's after 9 pm. IT's constant ~ annoying ~ harrawssing & I don't have accountgs w/ any of them.

You are being put on notice to CLIMB right back under the rock from whence you came! I don't know you-nor do I want to know you. I do NOT appreciate in the least, your calling my personal phone while I am at work, at home or doing leisurely things. I am VERY hopeful that I am able to find out the name of the so-called place of business you represent so that I can properly deal with you and your unprofessional tactics!! In the meantime, please be so kind as to LOSE my number!!
