They called me last night threatening the same thing. I called them right back but got a message stating the voicemail box was full. I just called again and a girl answered and I advised her to take my number off their list and that the law enforcement in my family is investigating them. She said ok.

Oh my freakin' goodness! They started this with me last year but they gave a different name which wasn't mine but I told them who I was so guess what v me doing that prompted them to wait a couple months and call me back using my real name WHICH I GAVE THEM to prove to them I wasn't the person in question the first time.  But they did their homework and somehjow got an old bank acct number of mine and said they deposited $380 from a Quick Pay Loan company into an old acct closed at the time. I now bank at another institution and had been for 3years so there is NOWAY they could have seposited this monty into a closed acct. So now they want me to fax the info from the old bank saying there was not money transferred there and then they said the'd quit calling me.  This was after I had called and spoke with 3different peopl and one lady 4 times who was a Biotch. And satrted hanging up on m{ and being very vague about information it took all the calls back and 2 other people to even get the info I needed to clear all this up and houldnt have to because it's a scam and I know they'll just call me back again with a new one. One lady is Audrey Foster. I got that much from another girl,  Audrey is so full of BS I'm sure it's leaking out of her eyeballs.  But I'm going to play there little game and only because this old acct is closed and she can't get any new into from me but the scary thing is they made me verify my ss before I realized it was a scam last year. So who knows what they'Ll try to pull and I don't look forward to it. There has to nbe a hacker out there that can help us find these people so they can be prosecuted in a court of law. They are like nuts! And this loan that I never gort the money from, was 7 to 8 years agao. Supposedly deposited into a closed old bank acct of mine. They need to be. Caught NOW!

I called them and said to stop harassing me and I wanted this taken care of.  She took my number and then said we won't stop harassing you until you pay and put me on hold and wouldn't come back on the line.  I tried calling again twice and no answer.  I even left a message.  They've been calling since October and keep telling me in 24 hours I will be served.  They've called from Ohio, Kansas, and Minneapolis.  They always talk fast so I can't get the name or change the subject and the "business" number is NEVER listed~what business do you know has an unlisted address and phone number?

they won't send proof of bill/debt. I've reported them and "other" numbers to the FTC months ago. I think what they do is get shut down after a while and start up somewhere else.

Prank Call
they just called and left there recorded messege of some woman that's the same voice of other different numbers  in different states. she always says the same thing. 2 charges with fraud attached and to call them. they say there from the processing department and to call them so you can be told your rights before being served. this happen months ago also. they would call several times a day for my husband on my phone. put all there other different numbers on a don't call list / blocked them and now there starting up again. they've called from two or three different numbers in different states everyday. it's like they were running a switchboard that kept calling from different states just to throw people off. one from North Dakota, and around that side of the country. I think it's a brother/sister scam thing going on. they call for a while and then stop for a while and start back up from a so called different state. it's about payday loans from years and years ago.

I received the same type of call today. I've reported these people in the past to no avail. They just get new numbers and try new tricks. I also got a live person on the phone a few months ago who told me this was in reference to a pay day loan I took over in the internet in 2005. First of all, no.  Second, 9 years ago?? REALLY? You're trying to collect a, supposedly, $200 debt from almost a decade ago? I don't think so.  So, I add them to a 'Do Not Answer' contact on my phone and have it set up to send all calls straight to voice mail. I can't do anything about that fact that they call my parents and scare the crap out of them on a regular basis.

These people called me last year (2013) telling me I owe money to someone I never heard of. My husband investigated by calling the Better Business Bureau. They called me today Jan. 2014 and said I committed fraud and will be summoned. After investigating it turned out to be the same people. This time I called the number and a woman answered the phone saying please hold. I hung up called back and another woman presented her name as if she was professional. She said her name was Carol but still never gave me the name of the business.  I then called again just to see who would answer this time. I was placed on hold. I called back on last time and a man answered, again no mention of the business name. It is very unfortunate that we live in a world where people like this can get away with committing fraud. Its pathetic that money is the route to all evil. Please be careful and investigate before you give any money to anyone calling. Remember if someone is trying to get money from you legally you will receive court documentation with letterhead.

Got the same phone call, "looks like 2 counts of fraud.."blah blah blah. Same recorded message that I've gotten many many times before. Usually the call comes from 4012233254..its funny how persistent these scammers are (you can ignore them for years and they keep persisting)...guess they figure one day i'll wake up in a cold sweat and wanted to give them my money to stop the calls. Guess what fraudsters, I  don't care if you keep calling,  its just a simple click of a button to delete your voicemail...That's a lot easier that giving you all of my bank info, then having to change all of that once you start calling me again from a different number with a new scam. In 2012 you made over 5 billion off of unaware Americans and I won't be one of those people..ever.

Yes, they called me yesterday also. They have called me at least 3 times in the last week. Gave me a case# and said they have 2 charges filed against me for fraudulent actions connected to my name and ss#. I have never used payday loan as some have. I am keeping a log. They tried this crap with me last year also. When they give the name of the person who supposedly they are looking for, it is always garbled. I did call them last year and told them to stop calling me and they did for several months. Now here we go again. I would think they would have already confirmed my address and not depend on me to give it to them...lol Ding Bats. They will eventually get caught.

They also call me daily and I'm tired of it. They also call from a number in Michigan that has been reported. They leave the same message. It's getting ridiculous. I think these people have too much credit card debt from the holidays and are looking for a way to pay it. Well it won't be from me that's for sure.

called my office threatening that two warrants are being issued and they'll serve me at my office or home for fraud attached to my name and social security number....which is b***s***. I've been scammed by a company like this before, have paid what they said I owed only to have it surface again. SO...if you have EVER taken a payday loan, be aware that even though you paid it off, they SELL all of your information and the scam continues. I have a lawyer that is working on a class action lawsuit so my best advice is to document everything, every call, ask for exactly who they represent, proof of the debt which you need to have faxed to you and they either go away or push it further and will say they'll only email you. I accepted the email and received a generic letter of intent which wasn't on letterhead of any company. They pushed hard, called my boss, my mother, my husband (ding-ding, they asked for references when I took this loan....12 years ago) and told them I was being arrested for fraud. They went as far as to give a case number which is illegal, they are not lawyers, also illegal to say, and if someone tells you that you're going to be served, it happens within 48 hours. It's been 4 months since the last fury. I had my lawyer call and talk to thieir 'lawyer' who isn't registered with the bar association in KS who wouldn't provide any of this information to him. So long story short, don't let them bully you into freaking out and paying them

I checked the number at my work today, appears to be a spoofed number.  They called me again this afternoon.  I know you scammers don't care about this because I continue to get scammer calks, and you seem to think you'll never get caught,  but I do work in law enforcement, so I implore you, keep the calls coming.
