Collections Dept for JC Penny's MasterCard

Probably GE money calling for JCP fiance....they just want you to get a JC Penny's credit card....if you have given your number to JC Penny's in the last five years you are probably getting a call from them

but they hang up when I answer everytime....

I called the number and it's JC Penney.
