I have zero debt.  I have no accounts with GAP, Old Navy, or any retailer.  Yet I've had seven calls in the last two days.  I don't answer, but it's annoying nonethless.

these people call me non stop and it's driving me crazy. No messages, just calls both on cell and mobile. must stop. Who are they

Same thing is happening to me. Calling me almost 10 times a day. No message ever left!!!! totally harassment!

I'm with you all. I've receive a call every hour from these people for about 3 months, even though I've made payments within that time. They leave messages on my voicemail and they call my home phone AND my cell phone one right after the other if I don't answer, which I don't. Getting really tired of this company. Hopefully I can pay it all off soon and be done with them, it's ridiculous.

Oh and another thing, they seem to change their phone numbers.. I've gotten the same call from about 3 different numbers. It seems like once you don't answer one number for some time, they'll switch to try another.

I tried to set up a payment with them and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back on so I hung up.

You owe me for harrasement and retaining an attorney for you constant calls.  I suggest you mail me a formal apology and a gift certificate to an "old navy" store.

If you choose not to and continue to harass me then you will be reported on a massive scale.

they use previously recorded samples of your voice and if it matches a rep. will speak to.

Call me ten times a day..Who is this?

Their tactic is to not repeat the same number.  as a result they change up numbers very frequently.  To coneceal their Identity is one of the many deceitful goals along side catching their bate.

I have been getting it for my "old navy" account credit card. I fell behind on payments and they call at least 12 tims a day.

They said it was a personal business call and then hung up when I asked who it was.

GE Money is also affiliated with Amazon. They will call you if you have a Amazon credit card.

I am getting the same call 3 times a day from them they say they want to collect for Banana republic and I told them I tried paying at the store but they wouldn't let me make a payment at the store I don't understand why But I keep getting calls from them

They keep on calling and we don't have any credit cards. We are never late on any bills. They are breaking the law.

I do this same thing. Its quite funny. I get a kick out of it at least

GE MONEY is really bad about not posting payments to your accounts.  This usually happens with the 0% interest for 12 months like care credit.  They will deliberately post your last payment LATE so they can tack on 12 months of interest.

FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE OFFICE OF THRIFT SUPERVISION and Federal Trade Commission  www.ots.gov and  www/ftc.gov.

GEMB ignores valid customer complaints - they cannot ignore them when they are sent VIA OTS.    
You can email your inital complaint - they will reply asking you to print your email, sign it and fax it back to them.

They call me every early morning since last week. I didn't know they are from GM since I never pick up their call. If you have GAP/Old Navy/Banana Republic card, you better keep the payment record.
I paid the bill on March and they mailed me the letter on May said I have past due bill. I called my bank and was told GAP GM cashed the check. However, GAP GM deny they receive the payment from me. The rep didn't help me to check my payment record, he just keep saying the same thing. "you can pay by the phone now"
If this happening to you, don't waste your time to call GM. Just call your bank and ask your bank to fax a copy of the check that you mail to GM. Fax number: 1-866-248-8040

I worked at the GAP. Never got a credit card in my life, but because I worked for GAP the information I provided on my application was hacked (this happened to hundreds of GAP applicants) and I am now getting calls constantly to pay someone else's bill. SO frustrating. They will not take "No" for an answer, either and persist in calling me all the time. Very annoying. What can be done?

I have received messages stating GE and to call Old Navy, I have called Old Navy to have my number removed from their calling list.  Didn't work.  Next option is going to be to change my number.
