Received call at 3am.......not happy about that!!!!!!!!!

Got a call at 4.51 AM!!!

Just Received a call from (913) 904-5000 at 8:50 pm.  I have gotten a number of calls from this number over the last few days.  When answered it just beeps.  When I tried to call the number back it says the number is not in service.

O.K. ** The "Beeps" are looking for a "handshake" from a fax machine or modem of some kind.  
       **Plaza157's caller ID reported Ingenix as the caller.  Ingenix is a company owned by United Health Care, a health Insurance Company.  Ingenix is their publishing division.  They publish things like the Fee Schedule for the new Medical guidelines for NY state Workers Compensation and I think for NY medicare as well.  Instead of just posting their fees on line, NY state contracts with Ingenix to publish the information and sell it to doctors for a ridiculous fee.  This information should be available for free.  Just another way A health insurance company and the state of NY SCREWS it doctors!

I received a call from them at 5:20 AM.  Beeps only when I picked up.

Got at call at 1:40 am from this number this morning (4/20/09). Didn't sound like a fax, but just beeps. Of course, the number is not in service. If you search the number, the area code (913) & prefix (904) are in Kansas City, KS. Population 158,000. I should call the commerce dept there to see if I can get some info. If anyone else is interested, looks like that number might be (785) 296-2009. I hope this doesn't continue. Good luck to everyone!

This number called my home at 4:29 AM today, beeped like a fax when I picked up, and the caller ID says Ingenix.

United Healthcare uses Ingenix to check the validity of claims.  I know this because they recently called me to try to get out of paying for an orthopedic visit.  Now I suddenly get this call at 4:30 AM?

got hit by them on by grand central line (meaning both my cell phone and home phone went off) at 11:58PM last night.

Message left at 1:30 am telling me "there is a fax attached to this message" When I checked the call history I was able to retrieve the phone number attached to the message. When I tried calling the number I got a message saying the number is not in service. Wierd---they were in service 10 hours ago!

Called me at 6am in the Effing morning, I have half a mind to find out the physical location of this place and send a 'present' to them.  Let it ring and never answered.  No message left.  According to wiki:
"Area Code 913 is the area code for telephone exchanges located in the Kansas portion of the Kansas City Metropolitan Area."  That whole damn hickville can burn for all I care.
