Got 2 calls from this same place!!! I just turned these  phone numbers over to my phone carrier.These people called me twice of course I didn't answer! !! They do get reported!!!

Jason Atwood has started calling again.  Dealt with him a couple of years ago and Olathe Medical Center has once again sent  him after me because of a balance that I currently owe to OMC.  Except Jason has decided that in addition to the amount I currently owe, he wants to collect on a $26 debt he says I owe from several years back and refuses to accept that the bill was settled with Olathe Medical Center years ago.  He seems to think that for some reason he can ignore the fact that the billing issue had been settled and that he can continue to harass me over a bill that Olathe Medical Center officially informed him I do not owe.  There is no talking with the man.  He instantly becomes argumentative if you say anything to him other than giving him a credit card number to pay him.  As someone with an ongoing medical issue that requires monthly treatment, testing and appointments with my primary care physician, I constantly have a balance due to OMC and am a patient that provides them with thousand of dollars in revenue every year from my insurance company and the co-payments I pay to them.  Given that I am probably one of OMC's best customers and someone who is a reliable, guaranteed source of income for them (and someone has never failed to eventually pay them), I do not get why they feel the need to assign my account to debt collection if the balance due after insurance pays up is more than 30 days old.  So beware not only Jason Atwood, but also beware Olathe Medical Center for their willingness to continue to do business with Jason Atwood in spite of the many complaints they have received about his conduct, and their failure to appreciate all of the steady income I provide them.  Might be time to switch doctors and take my insurance money and personal funds elsewhere.

Jason calls looking for my ex. Told him gone for 4 years and he argues the point, calls MBA liar and continues to call. I have a friend in the collections business who told me to report hi to: the attorney general of Kansas,the federal government regarding the fdcpa act, and the ACA the association he belongs to.  What an idiot this guy is! Their website says they are a "Christian based organization" ????

Found this info after they called my work for medical bills I have outstanding- My place of employment that I am working at to pay my medical bills, a place I am not allowed personal phone calls and my calls and voice mails are recorded!

This guy is from Olathe medical

It seems to me that these two guys are running a scam.  If I have
an outstanding bill, I am sure I would have been notified.  This company
calls about once every 3 months.  Turn them into your attorney general
and also the ftc and fcc.

Received and automated voice message from RFH & Associates on an attempt to collect a debt.  I do not owe any person or company any money.  I was told to contact Cole Haynes at #913-948-6767 or #866-751-3158 if I live out of State.

Jason Atwood..for me collecting on Urologist bill.  Explained that I had lost my job, but had just returned to working after illness.  His response, " so you're refusing to pay the bill"  No..I just told you I was just starting to get paid.   Again..so you're refusing to pay the bill?  He's a scumbag!

got a call from this jason attwood saying it was urgent. called back from a blocked number three times before calling from a number that was not blocked and he answered. would not tell me i had a bad debt just that i needed to take care of a matter. i dont owe any bills other than me utilitys need this jerk togo away.I also checked my credit score to see if there was somthing i did not know about there is nothing he is a fraud fraud fraud!!!!!!!!!

Legit debt collector, mine was for a small medical bill.  I first called the place I suspected the bill was from and confirmed that they had sent it to this specific company.  Jason Atwood was very kind and courteous.  Bill collectors have a hard job, but someone has to do it.

Got a call here at work just now asking for my extension .  I asked him what he wanted and he said he was Mike King and to call back this 913-948-6757 number aboaut a personal matter.  I said that was my extension and he said I was just trying to find out dirt on a co-worker and he had alot of dirt on this one but because of privacy issues he would not say what.  I called back and waited a long time then he came on and said he recognized my voice and it was the same person who anwered the phone before.  Got very nasty and stopped just short of calling me names.  I told him that if he calls back the attorneys for my company would be calling him and his supervisor, if he even had one.  Called me a bit*ch and hung up!  Very nice encounter with him.  He makes all debt collectors look bad!

Also got a call from Jason Atwood. They might be pushy, but I double-checked his company info against my original creditor and they are legit debt collectors, their tactics are just out of line.

I got a call from 9139486762 saying his name was Mike King and I needed to call him regarding a business matter.  Anyone else get a call like this?

I know this company.. It needs to be recorded when they talk to you. this has been an ongoing process with them. If anyone gets another call from them try to record them and turn it over. They do not use their real name which is against the law in itself.

Calls coming in every day to my cell # 816 446 4058 3-4 times a day back to back this is so crazy.

I live in KC, could not allocate any information from "Jason Atwood" if that is in fact his REAL name. Not sure on how to block his #, but I'm gonna find out.

I just got a call on my cell and then at my place of work from this guy!  I had a coworker talk to him and try to get additional information, he would not give out any info at all!

I just got a call from Jason Atwood although I didn't answer. He left a message saying it was extremely urgent that he speak to me. I don't know why he needs to urgently speak to me. I don't owe anyone anything except for the bills I pay. I am sure he is a fraud. I am not even calling him back.

My husband got the automated message yesterday from Jason.  The he said he is with RFH & Assoc.  The only 2 companies with that title are either a construction company or a financial planning service in Canada.  Called and pretended to be an attorney's office representing my husband and still got no information about a bad account.  Only told me that had to speak with the appropriate person.  Tried to get additional information from him and he was angry and abrupt.  I ended the call with the comment, "I think this is a scam and I am reporting the phone number and name to the FBI."  He hung up quick.

How did you find out he may be a fraud?  This guy is a jerk and creepy in what he says and asks?

When I answered my cell I got a message asking if it was me and if it was to press 1.  So I did and waited a long time and this Jason idiot came on.  Then he asked if I was the person he was calling and then started to argue with me that I was not me but really my mom since I sound just like her. I asked him who he was and what he wanted and he said that he has called my cell numerous times and my mom is the only one who "ever" answers.  Again I told him my name and asked what the heck he wanted.  He was not done arguing.  Very disrespectful and a real jerk.  I told him not to call me anymore and to send me a letter.  I told him I had looked his number up on the internet and found out he was a fraud.  He started to laugh and I hung up.  Has he EVER told ANYONE why the heck he is calling at all hours of the day and night?  If he calls me again I am going to turn him into my cell carrier and call the police.

Anyone find out who and what he is? Got the call too.
