Started calling after i made a few calls to 914 area code. Must be spoofed # as phone #s can't begin with zero. Never leaves message. Making me crazy! What do they want?!

I am on do not call registry and keep getting calls from dirtbags like this. I reported them.  With the 0 as first digit, am wondering if this is a spoofed number, the way spammers like to spoof email addresses.

this number 914-057-8916  keeps calling me like 10 times a day and no one is on the line ...

Silence upon answering the phone.  I don't know who this number would be.

Voice message was silence. Never answer calls from unfamiliar numbers.
