I just received a call from this number.  I did not pick it up as I've been getting a lot of local (914) calls that are telemarketers.  The voicemail was an automated person with an offer.

Someone called from this number a few days ago.  I called back and blocked my number and it wouldn't let me get through so I had my friend call the number by displaying hers and she said it was someone selling car insurance.  I called the number again a few days later from another phone and the automated recording said that it couldn't access my acct. at this time.   I have no idea who called.     Very strange.
