Caller ID says ISSI and the number has been a few different ones.Haven't answered any of them.

Called asking personal information. I told him I don't talk to people I don't know. He thanked me and hung-up. I've received his calls before from several different phone numbers.

Received 2 text early in the morning about consolidating pay day loans. Sent reply to stop to both. I get a call from a man about lunch time from same company. He was real polite until I told him I said "stop" to their text....a-hole just hung up!!!

You wouldn't have to hate collection agencies if you just paid your bills instead of incurring debt and not repaying it. There's a bright idea.

I JUST got a call from this number the CI claimed IT WAS State Troopers.  I NEVER answer unless I know the caller.  This is like so abusive and intrusive.  IMHO, this is MY phone and these calls are electronic trespass.

Will someone please leave a NUMBER where we can ALL complain to get this number and the other 18 tied to this SCAM.  I have NO LOANS, have not applied for a loan nor have I any outstanding Debt!!  I have had people calling me from all over the U.S. for the past 2 weeks, regarding UNPAID loans and loan approval!!  They are calling and asking for someone else!   I have not been able to get through to the numbers that are calling and leaving HARASSING text msgs throughout the day EVERY DAY!!!!  Fed UP!

I got numerous calls from that number, also few weeks before that I got calls from a different number with a man leaving a nasty message about if didnt pay back payday loan fron 2008 was gonna sue me and have me arrested for stopping payment. I found others on another site that got calls same as I from another number. I feel like printing out all of the comments from everyone and reporting it but who could I report to, kinda outta local police authority!

Multiple calls, no messages left.  Since everyone on this site says they are from a payday loan scammer/loan collector, and because I have no overdue bills, I've set them up to be rejected when they call again.  Thanks to all for sharing your experiences with them so I don't have to deal with the jerks.

Same story as above.  A friendly guy named Chris Harris called regarding a messy payday loan.  I have none.  He told me to have a good day and when I tried to call back to get a company name to file a complaint, he picked up and then hung up on me when he recognized my voice.  Just filed a complaint with the FCC.

got a call about a pay day loan.  I did not ask about any loans.

got call 2nd day in row..... missed it. No vm. called back and get an automated guy talking that is voice activated. Says, Hello, this is chris harris.... no matter what audio track I played or whatever i said. i called back a few time.  It would then say hello? like it didn't hear me and then hang up. How stupid

Got call. Didnt answer and no vm.  Checked this site to see if its spam.   Added yet another number to my Spammers contact list.   So whenever one of these guys calls again i already know. And if i wAnt  to mess with them i can chose to do so or else just ignore them.  What fun ;-P

I just pranked called them back and a woman by the name of Anne answers very politely. I didn't answer, just waited to hear her speak. We should all call them and prank call them.

these people are a joke. everytime i asked about the company they hang up on me. told them to stop calling, they said they will remove my number. im curious on how long it will be until they call with a new number..

It was a woman's voice.  Said they could help me with my payday loan.  I said they had the wrong number.

It sound like an computerand she dont say her full name nor what company she calling from

These folks continually call, all hours of the day & night, but fail to leave messages or contact info.  When returning calls the number is dead.

This is an automated attendant by the name of "Anne".  She waits for answers from the caller before she hangs up with you.

This is an illegal activity which falls under the guidelines of an "auto-dialer" system.

Report them to the FCC!

Call from ann three times saying owing payday loan!  I owe nothing...please help

Curious how they get my # when I'm listed on the do not call registry. No fear of being reproted I guess.......told me I had an outstanding payday loan. ARGH !!

I down loaded "Mr. Number" on my phone and added all any numbers that pull this crap as I have gotten the same calls and I never even applied for any kind of Payday loan of sorts, they would call all the freakin time and lately when I do get a person they ask for Robert???  OK whatever, they have called several times before and then suddenly ask for a different person.  At any rate I down loaded that app and it tells you they tried to call but doesn't ring just vibrates once and stops.  However, the caller on the other end gets a one ring and then a dead line.  So, with that I am hoping they will give up after few dozen times (knowing them) of calling and think the number has been disconnected or something and not worth trying anymore.

Caller hangs up before machine got to voice mail.  Rec'd 8 of these this week.

THEY CALL ME AND SAY THAT I OWE MONEY AND TRY TO GET MY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION OR MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. THESE PEOPLE ARE FROM OTHER COUNTRIES AND PRETEND THEY WORK FOR DEBT COLLECTORS. PLEASE BE AWARE NOT TO PROVIDE ANY SPECIFIC INFORMATION TO THEM. WHEN YOU CALL BACK THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A WAY TO REACH THEM IT HANGS UP BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. ALSO THEY HAVE CALLED MY JOB BUT WHEN YOU THRETEN THEM THEY HANG UP OR WHEN YOU SAY THAT YOU HAVE ALARMED THE AUTHORITIES OR A LAWYER THEY QUICKLY HANG UP IN YOUR FACE.

It has nothing to do with losers not paying their bills.  I've had my same number for 11 years, these companies are just fishing to see who will bite the bait.  It is so annoying.  They make up a name to ask for and will keep calling you.  I'm thinking about putting a call restriction for unknown numbers on my cell.
