I just OWNED this guy.  I called him back and politely explained that when lawyers pass the bar, they swear an oath.  This oath makes them Officers of the Court.  That makes impersonating one a crime, same as impersonating a cop.  DEAD. SILENCE.  Didn't know that did ya?  "Please don't do that." And guess what?  You did it accross states, that means you get to go to Federal Pound Me In The A** prison.  Do you like a** f@-:ing?  "Uh no." Hmmm I suggest you get real used to it.  "Please don't..." Call a real lawyer dink, tell him what you did, start prepping your defense now....

I got a voicemail saying I better call back the second i get the message and if i do not than all they could do was wish me luck and that it needed to be taken care of immediately. it was a foreign accent. his name was jacon morris. They didn't specify anything other than the call was for me and they did have my name.  the number was 1.347.559.0962

Got a message from Jacob Morris legal team stating that there is a warrant out for my arrest and that officers will come and arrest me. Ive never done anything wrong in my life to have a warrant out for my arrest. I tried to call back, however no answer and could not leave a voicemail ; very sketchy. So i googleed it and cam across similar stories. Sounds like a scam. Beware people.s

I just got the same call with the same message.  I'd better take care of this before a TEAM of officers shows up to arrest me and embarrass me in front of my coworkers. Another number for the reject list...

This is the same exact call I received today on my cell phone and voice message. This caller is very stupid, because they are missing certain criteria to make this fore real. Having lawyers and policemen in my family I know what would be needed.

They said They were sendin the police to arrest me and question me more about some issue. I have never been in trouble with the law before.

This person called to say that I needed to secure an attorney because I would be arrested on Monday 03/17/2014 by a team of officers flying down from New York for fraud against a company called Cash Net USA..

Hi y'all, got this call 2day (14MAR14).   Unusual 4 us but caller left message with number to call back.  Same stuff, will get warrant for my county Sherriff's Office, arrest me, and God keep me safe, do not ignore call!  Total retards readin' off a script.  I do pray and feel sorry for folks they nab into their web and give them credit card info!  How folks can work for a Company like this or whomever "employs" them is such a tragedy!   Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

You the call and spoke to someone who could not speak well English . He told that I was going to be arrests today. When I ask for what he gave me so lame line of foreit checks. When I explain I never had a checking account he said well you ate going to be arrest anyway and hang up.

Jordan Smith called and said I had fraudelent charges and he was sending police to my house. I called the number back and got a voice mail,,,I do believe its a scam...contacting the police NOW!!!!

recieved a call from guy named jacob morris  saying i would be arrested,my husband called him and he shouted obsene words and hung up and wouldn't answer again.they said i had felonies for fraud on my checking account and seemed uninterested when he found out i didn't have a checking account.

I received this call at about 9am telling me i was the prime suspect in a case and I needed to contact them immediately.So I returned the call and they proceeded to ask me for my attorneys name so they could contact them.I personally cant afford an attorney much less be approved for a loan of any sorts due to bad credit.I havent done anything against the law in the last 10 years so i knew this was a scam.I told them no they cant have my attorneys name nor any other information and please send the cops after me because i know ive done nothing wrong.they have been calling me for the last 5 years with different numbers but always say the same thing.i hope no one falls for these lies and if ever in doubt google the number before ever making a payment to any company.

I got a recorded message from a "Jordan Smith" threatening me with my being the number one suspect, and that they were coming to arrest me unless...that's when I deleted the message and KNEW it was another SCAM!!  I immediately went to the F.T.C. website, and reported the information to them!  Then, I went ahead and blocked the number!  What gall these overseas people have!

Same call today on my cell.  I will be reporting it to attorney general office here in Colorado.

Well, I came home to listen to this message from a person named Jacob Morris with the "legal department" who could speak English. The number is registered to a Jordan Smith. It scared me for a minute, but I could not imagine what on earth it could be about. I Googled the number as this is not the way our legal system works in the USA. They're not going to arrest someone who allegedly owes some firm money. This guy needs to get a life.

I recieved a call on my home phone saying I'm a primary suspect for a legal investigation and I have a warrant for my arrest. I tried calling to for more information and his name is "Jacob" and he put you on hold then hangs up.

Just give it back to them.. I call them 4 times a day and finally they will start to cuss you and ask you to leave them alone

I hope you catch that mf I just received a call from that mf I really wanna catch him by myself he spooked me real good that mf I wanna see his a** I hope you really do catch him and prosecute that mf.....

My friend received a call from these people today.  914 comes back as a Weschester County New York landline.  The caller was immediately threatening her with imprisonment unless she paid them money.  I took the telephone from her and asked for the attorney's name, address, and the caller's name.  The caller became profane and hung up on me.  Based on the complaints here, which appear to be a poorly scripted scam, I submitted a complaint form to the New York Attorney General's office.

I received the same phone call he stated he was from Cooper Law Frim, and said that I had a warrant out for my arrest for unpaid loans that I got and didn't pay back, I told home he indeed have the wrong person and asked home where is he located he said New York. I then told him I was going into the police department and give his information to them  he then hung up, but I called back again and asked him his name and let him know that this information is being given to the police he hung up again I called again and blast his but out and let him know that he indeed have been reported. Beware if you get a call from 914-236-6152, I wish I could get to him he would never call my phone again.

There are no debtors prisons in the United States.  Nobody can arrest you because you owe money.  That sort of thing is handled in civil court.  I informed this jerk that I am an investigator with the Weschester County Sheriff's Office in New York and I asked to speak with the attorney in this "law firm."  Since I couldn't speak to the attorney I asked for the attorney's bar number so I could look him/her up.  I informed the caller that if I didn't get some information I would forward a complaint over to the New York State Attorney General's office.  He promptly hung up on me.  

No legitimate attorney lives in fear of dealing with investigators or other attorneys.  These people prey on the ignorant, uneducated, and afraid.  Most average people don't want trouble with the law and these criminals count on people's ignorance and fear to steal money from good people.

I received a call at 0730 this morning, I wasn't able to pick-up so a threatening voicemail was left for me. I called the 914-236-6152 number provided and spoke to a "Jacob Morris". He stated that a lawsuit was filed containing three charges. When I pressed him for a case number, he wouldn't provide one. Got the whole speech of " I will have cops at your house, blah blah."  I pushed further and asked for the company address, he stated:

I informed him that i would be contacting my lawyer immediately and offered to give him that information as well, he hung up on me. I called back and kept getting a very generic message. Spoke with my lawyer and was assured this was a scam and then I started researching online and came across this website. Have blocked this number and will pursue other avenues to file a complaint.

Wow! My employee got a call today stating the same thing, that she was a primary suspect in a criminal investigation, and that a "swarm" of police were coming to detain her for further questioning...too bad they don't know that her husband works for the federal government and is now going to come after them!

Got a call this morning.  The name given was Jacob Morris.  Didn't ask for anyone in the message and was threatening to send officers as I was a primary suspect in a case.  Too fishy for me or my friend to call back.  Glad we checked here first.  Showed up as Unknown on caller ID.

I got the same call from "Jacob Morris" saying the police were on the way!   Oh my!   He gave his number as 914-236-6152.  Called back for fun but it went to VM.   LOVE to find where this little weasel is who preys on the less educated or more trusting and show him a thing or two.

Just got the message a team of officers are coming to get me for something I have no clue about I'm so sick of these calls I'm going to t he local police on my city and report thus phone number seems like hackers got a hold of people's info this is beyond ridiculous my might is rueined telling me to have a nice WTf

i RECEIVED A PHONE STATING THAT NAMED A SUSPECT IN AN INVESTIGATION AND THAT A GROUP OF OFFICERS WERE GOING TO ARRIVE AT MY RESIDENCE TO ARREST ME. I BECAME ALARMED AND CHECKED IN WITH THE LOCAL POLICE STATION IF THERE WAS A WARRANT OUT FOR MY ARREST, BUT THERE WAS NOT!

local police does not send cabs to arrest people. Legally cannot collect on a cash loan. Social security is exempt. No One has a right to threaten you, harrass you, call you names. Cash loan facilities have a sing in their stores saying you will not be prosecuted for a check you cant pick up. There are payment arrangements. Dont let anyone scare you like they did me. Left it on my voice mail.
