People, Please, Please, Please, these ppl are scammers, they called and harrassed me at my job and home, they are not in the states and will tell you to get a "Green Dot card and send them money for some apparent loan you owe..they will not tell you which company, but they will call your job at least 20 or more times a day, and your personal phone as well, if you don't send them the money, they will threathen you....anyways please take heed, DO NOT SEND THESE PPL YOUR MONEY!

This is the same story as all the others. An Indian guy with a thick middle-eastern accent (Anthony Peterson)called our main work line looking for an employee. Our employees work on the yard with dangerous equipment and cannot take personal calls. After two months of calling repeatedly and not giving us any information, I guess he hit a breaking point because he went CRAZY. Called our line HUNDREDS of times in the same day for two weeks. I had to unplug our phone systems (which caused unhappy customers). He tied up two of our incomming lines for hours. We filed with the FTC, AT&T Annoyance call Bureau, Local Police Department, and FBI. We couldn't get our lawyers involved because we have NO information on who these people actually are. We know that they call from a different phone number every time and can switch area codes at the drop of a hat. They leave the same call-back number of 202-239-2675 that only leads to a voice mailbox. They claim to be a debt collector, but when we offered to payback to loan to get them to stop calling, they said that we could only pay with a CC over the phone! We FIANLLY had to modify our phone systems to screen the calls and block out entire area codes of phone numbers (these numbers are re-routed to an answering machine that says our company is no longer using that line.) I don't know who these people are or why they would go through so much hassle for a scam, but, if they are a real organization, they are NOT professional and they will never get thier money. "Anthony Peterson" is so rude and MEAN. He threatened me so many times and I don't even owe him money!

I have gotten 14 phones calls from this number at work stating that I owe them money for a paydate loan. I have never gotten a payday loan and the bank account information they said it was deposited is a credit card. David and Andy Jones are the men's name that keep calling. DO NOT PAY these people anything,

Calls over and over and over and over and wont stop  wont let us speak to his supervisor...wont give a name just wants to speak to one of our employees. Its rediculous.

In the meantime, you are going to have to do whatever you can to protect yourself. That includes letting them know they are running a scam and are reporting them to the authorities.

This moron just called my job again.  He spoke to a manager in another department who made sure when he called again it would go into voicemail.  She emailed the voicemail message to me and I forwarded the voicemail to my IdentityTheft 911 Fraud Investigator.  I am tired of these scammers.

Danny Tyler (Mark Williams) has called over and over and over all day today looking for an employee that we don't even have.  He speaks with an Eastern Indian accent.  We do have voice recordings of some of the calls and plan on contacting ATT in New York regarding this cell phone number .

Danny Tyler has called my workplace as well. So he goes by Mark Williams and Danny Tyler it seems. Is there any way to stop these unwanted calls by him? Danny Tyler AKA Mark Williams is making totally false claims.Can our complaints be filled against this harrasher? I plan on recording his voice the next time he calls and submitting it to the local authorities.

I have a Danny Tyler that keeps calling my workplace from the number 914-272-7018. He says there is a lawsuit placed against my social security number. This is false. He also says he is calling for FCS, but this phone number  he is calling from is listed as Y-Max Communications Corperation in the white pages. Sounds like a big scam to me!

He has phoned us over 100 times in the past hour asking for someone who is not in. He is rude, unreasonable, has no idea we are trying to run a business and need our phone NOT tied up. The idiot.

DANNY TYLER, FIRST STARTED CALLING MY PLACE OF WORK AS OFFICER DANNY TYLER, THAT WAS A MONTH AGO, AND IS STILL CALLING , NOW ONLY STATING THIS IS DANNY TYLER.  I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO AUTHORITIES, AND THE IDIOT IS STILL CALLING.

Just received a call from a "Danny Tyler" said it was regarding a lawsuit...told him if he thought he had anything..to send it in writing...said no...told him it was the law he must supply me with the information in writing..I then hung up..he called back immediately, first asking to speak with the receptionist's manager, she said she does not have a manager, then asked to speak with my manager, his call was put to my voice mail-these calls are coming to my place of employment-left message that this was my final call regarding a "lawship"--really???? this is the second call from "Danny Tyler" first time identified himself as a "officer" and threatened to divulge confidential information to my employer...which is against the law...how stupid can these people be!

OMG that just happened to me and from the same number. Mr. Tyler is his name and they called my home 73 times. Who are these freaks?

These people called my job consistently for over 2 hours. I have no clue who they are and they are completely ruthless. Be careful with these people. Once they find out they can rattle you, its no stopping them. We even tried to block out their number and that didnt really work, they used other numbers. Its terrifying what they do to people. call your local authorities and  dont answer these calls. Indian accents and very vulgar

Our company received a call from a person calling himself Danny Tyler concerning one of our employees.  He has a heavy Indian accent.  He is supposedly investigating a cyber crime alledgedly committed by the employee.  On the last of about 7 or 8 calls, I asked him not to call our number again.  He told me that I couldn't stop him from calling.  Maybe I cannot, but I am very good at repeating myself in the exact same tone and in the exact same words.

Just received a call from this number 914-272-7018...identified himself as Danny Tyler with the Financial Crime Department.  This was with regards to an alleged loan...told him to send me it in black and white..they have 5 days to provide you with this information...his response was then what...again told him to send it in black and white...said he will continue to call and then speak with my supervisor and advise them that I had commited fraud...told him he was threatening me and he could not do that, he said yes I can..I then hung up...advised our company receptionist if he called again to put him in my voice mail...he called back as I was speaking w/her, left me a voice message to call him immediatedly to take care of this.
NO WAY IN HELL WILL HE GET ANY MONEY OUT OF ME!

This person has called my phone 15 times in one day and even called my work 52 times and would call and hang up. I called the company that he said he was representing and asked them if I had a loan with them they didn't have any clue who I was. I told them that they are using their company to get money out of me and threatening me really bad. They lady in the fraud company sent me a form to fill out and also gave me numbers to the federal trade commission to file a complaint she also told me to file a complaint to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) also the FBI ? Internet Fraud. I have done all she told me to do. Now lets see if the calls STOP..
So as I'm writing this he calls... "He tells me I need to send him the money ASAP. I told him No!!! Then he said "Good luck finding a new job with your criminal record and be embarrassed at your place of employment when you get your papers and your are arrested hope your God is with you and you never find a job....

Everything that was said in the previous posts are all true.  A guy that can hardly speak English from this number also called me under a different but still American name Andy Smith. He is very rude and called me one time @ 11:24 P.M. claiming that he is a Sheriff.  I asked him to spell Sheriff and it took him a good 2 minutes, obviously used google, before spelling the word.  He is not very smart as you can tell on his posts using the name Andy Fernandis and James Smith compared to the name he gave me Andy Smith.  He must have ran out of names to use that he needed to use same names over and over again hahaha!

Yep, Mark Williams called demanding to talk to my wife, I told him she was not home but I'm here husband that he can talk to me about the matter. He told me it was about a loan my wife got in 2012. The funny part is my wife never received any loans let alone apply for any. I asked to speak to his supervisor, you can hear the phone being passed to this other person. Who then told me the same info that mark williams said. I asked if mark was any part of the Law and he said Mark was a sherrif and calling for his clients, I went off on him that Mark had not ever claimed to be a law officer not even once. I don't care what law enforcment agency you from you must always represent as soon as you speak to any one weather on the phone or in person. I am an ex police officer myself, I should know this stuff. Please warey of' this #. Report it ASAP.

A pushy guy by the name of Mark Williams called demanding to speak to one of my associates.  I told him he was working and I would take a message, he said No i will talk to him now, he said he was with the FBI in NY and that my employee had commited a cyber crime.   the call had scam written all over it!   I googled his name and number and low and behold all of the above comments confirmed my feeling.

I just received a call from this number stating that I have legal actions against me and that they want to help resolve it.  I wasnt sure what he was talking about but knew it was a scam from the get go. I hung up and Mark Williams called me back 2 times after that left a voicemail. These scumbags just dont get it. So frustrating.

These people call me non stop, they are mostly foreign using American names, seriously?/ I get calls from different numbers, and they are not traceable because they are using internet phone services not land lines, they can change their phone numbers anytime, they are total scam artists, they buy your information from internet sources, and make threats to try and scare you, especially if you have applied for any types of loans online, but legally you are entitled to receive paper confirmation of any collection action against you, there is no debtors prison here, you will not go to jail, nor will the police come get you for having outstanding debts, if you really do have outstanding debts than ask for a letter outlining the debt, the amount, and a payment location (not money gram or western union either) . Collection agencies will never threaten harm, jail or police action, it is illegal. The only thing collection agencies can do is garnish wages if it gets that far, and they have to have a court order to do that. Once these people get your money, they take on a new number and keep going, you wont find them, if you google these numbers there is never a business or address associated with them, just a area code location which they could be in the middle of the Pacific ocean and still obtain a phone number with any area code! NEVER give bank account information over the phone.  Dont fall prey to these jacks!

This Mark Williams keep on calling me at work and talking to my bosses and telling them that im a fraud. and he keeps on calling me at home and telling me that i got a loan when ive never have got a loan. at one point he told me that he hopes i loose my job. Ive told i was contacting the police and he said they cant help me.

"James Smith" above is most likely the "Mark William" people have been dealing with. Obviously whoever made that last post does not know proper English, just like the guy who claims his name is Mark William. I had a run in with this guy twice today calling to speak to an employee at our office insisting he would keep calling until he received payment from the "employee." After many attempts of explaining that our employees can not accept personal phone calls, Mark still was very pushy. I asked where he was located and he told me Brooklyn, New York, but when asking for a physical address he could not provide me one. So if my employee really owes this money, how the hell does he expect to get it? Over the phone? No way! This guy has scam written all over him!!! I hope no one has fallen for his childish games. Mark, what American name did you draw out of the hat today? I wish people like you had better morals than fraud and scams!

This person was very help full for me to settle down my matter & he had also send me all the legal documentation including the payment receipt at my mailing address after I had made the payments.

DEBT COLLECTOR: 914-272-7018........ Male w/ Indian accent with an AMERICAN NAME. He wanted an employee who works in our manufacturing plant where no phones allowed.  I informed caller that he will have to contact this employee in another way.  THEN HE ASKED ME TO SEND THIS EMPLOYEE AN EMAIL TO THE EMPLOYEE'S PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH THIS CALLER GAVE TO ME and to tell the employee to contact this guy!  
  This man could barely speak English and his name is Mark William.... I commented on this and he said it was none of my business. I hung up on him.
