We got a call from this number at 5:36am Skyview Tech3 and a few days ago from a similar number, still Skyview Tech2 at 2:10am 914-339-5655.

I got a call from them at 5:05am. From all of the other middle of the night posts here it seems fairly obvious to me this is an automated telemarketing system trying to find fax machines.to then spam with those stupid travel or medicine spam faxes.

Skyview tech 3 must be investigated and their calls to private homes stopped.  What official agency can stop this public annoyance.  They have call repeatedly during the night.   I have no child support and no bills, a reason others have suggested.

They called at 4 am, 6am, 9 am - 1 ring and no one there

They are NYS child support.  When you call them back to enter a fake DNC numbers (and after several times) you get a busy signal.  They see through your fake phone number as a gov't agency can.  Perhaps one maybe might enter the local gestapo number so they can hang up on them at 4am.  
I set my phone to answer in 2 rings on low or I set it to the fax

They are bill collectors or child support. No one sells at 4am.

skyview tech3 called @ 4:35 am from 914- 339- 5694 . They changed their number

they called at 1 am and a 514 AM.  One ring and a hang up.  I called the number back and got a recording:
"You have been called for telemarketing purposes.  If you do not want to be called, and want to be put on our do not call list, press 1.  If you want to speak to an operator, press 2."

I did not press anything.  The operator is fishing for response.  The more you respond, the more they will call

Since I am already on a DNC I will be reporting this number to the AG's office in NY (home state) and NJ (my state.)  I suggest you do the same.

Phone wrange at 1:27 AM, which woke up everyone in my home.  RUDE and RECKLESS

4:40am. My heart is racing and I have a meeting in the morning and am now wide awake. I want this a***oles home phone so we can all them and wake them!!!!!

Called at 4:15 in the morning, craziness.  Should be stopped right away.  Telemarketing should be stopped completely.  Mail something instead.

Asholes called me at 3 AM and 4 AM and hung up- I will beat them silly if I find them

What is wrong with you people that you don't check the time of day when you call people? A lot of people were woken up this morning at 4 am and are not happy. Then when I picked up the phone, no one was there. Stop calling people at all hours of the night!!

This number called me at 4:41 a.m., July 15, 2011.  They also have called once before but I didn't keep the time or date.  I do not want them calling me.  Who are they?  When the phone rings at that time, I am terrified that something horrible has happened.

I received the first call from this number @3:44 am. It rang twice and stopped. The next call was at 6:14am. This time it rang only once, This is totally outrageous. When I dialed the number back, there was a recording that asked if I wanted to be removed from their calling list. I entered my number, but they still continue to call.  The recording also gives an option of speaking with a representative.  And what do you know, the mail box is full!!!!!

Is there anything that can be done to stop this nonsense?

Wish I knew how to block a number I have ATT.

Called me this morning @ 0236,  I will file harassment charges!

I also get phone calls almost every other night around 3:40 am.  How can it be stopped.  I filed a complain with the FCC and I have the paperwork for Michigan Attorney General Consumer Complaints.  I have also been thinking about purchasing a call blocker.  Any other suggestions from anyone.

I would love to shut these people down.  I feel like I am being harassed.

It's a marketing company.  I called the number and got a message saying they were marketing and if you did not want them to call you to press 1 and if you wanted to speak to a live person press 2.  So you can stop them.

How can I stop receiving in the middle of the night from this phone number

Just received a phone call from this number at 2:10am. Phone rang once and then they hung up. At first I thought it might be a wrong number but then I wondered who the heck calls a house phone at this hour unless its an emergency? I googled the number and found out that this was not their first middle-of-the-night phone call. WHAT kind of a company does this?

Got several calls from this number -- no messages ever.  This is not OK.

I do not want to have calls in the middle of the night from someone who is not on the line when you answer the phone.  I suspect it is a collection agency of some sort using lists of numbers that are sloppily prepared.  Can anyone suggest a way of preventing such nonsense?

I also received a call from these people at 2:48AM and I had the same reaction. Who calls unless it is an emergency at this time in the morning. I lay awake for a while before I could settle down to go back to sleep then had to get up early! Where do we complain?? RIDICULOUS!!

This # keeps coming up on my phone at 3-4am...  please put an end to this BS... Thanks!!!

Got a call from this number at 3:45am today, no message and caller ID says "out if area".  Sounds like the only time people get calls from this # is the middle of the night, REDICULOUS!!!
