They called and left no message.

Machine said if I owe $10,000 or more in back taxes to the IRS hold on to talk to someone  or press 3 to opt out. I Pressed 3 and hung up.   I am on the do not call list and they should not be able to call my number.

This call got me at 8 am! I answered and got a robo telling me to hold on for a representive.

Same thing happend to me i had a call and i was too busy to answer it and the caller didnt leave a message...

They called at 7:30pm on June 22 2011 and when i answeres someone was there but would not say any thing

I did not recognize area code so I did not answer. Caller left no message.

Missed call on  my cell phone.  I am supposed to have a block on my number, but evidently it is not working.  This is the third call I have received.

Some kind of scammers - I don't answer and they don't leave a message.  I am getting hit up by tons of calls from all sorts of places lately.  PRMTNS WCA.  Call them from Skype and they won't even answer.

I actually talked to someone after the recording said this same thing. The person I spoke to hung up on me when I asked how they got my phone number. I said I did not ask for this call why are you calling me and they mumbled something and just hung up....I have no clue who this is but I am going to report the number because I signed up for that "No solicitions" thing on my phone a few months ago....

They are scamers. If you accept their offer they will ask for credit card info and try to get your money. The offers they are making are practacly worthless. They are baiting you to get your info and scam you.

3rd time in a week from this number.  Rings 4x and then hang up.  No message left.

This number calls all the time!! Today I finally caught the call - it is a recording soliciting to help you if you are having problems with the IRS.

Received a call from this number with a recording saying it was some WCA company offering services regarding tax issues. I opted to talk with someone and asked to add my number to the DO NOT CALL list. He asked me questions regarding tax issues so I decided to hang up. I tried the number that my caller id showed and 4 out 5 times it would come up as a number that was not in service. On the successful calls I used their automated system to remove my number from their database.

Second out-of-state call within 5 minutes.  Didn't answer, and didn't leave a message

World Commerce Association does not appear in ReferenceUSA, and the phone number does not exist. This must be a scam, but the phone number appears to work. When I call them back, I get some crap about a Walmart gift card. Keep calling and wasting their time. Under the Fair Credit Report Act, need to stop calling and harassing me.

I just received a call from 914-339-9534.  It was a recorded message stating "if you are being harrassed or not getting sleep at night if you owe money to the IRS..."  I immediately hung up the phone.  First of all the number they used is a business number.  I knew right away that the call was due to my spouse searching the web to see if someone was offering a free laptop.  While in the early stages of filling out a form online for the laptop, we just felt it was not a good idea because you can't get anything for free.  So, we just closed out of the form.  Well, several days later telemarketing calls began coming through on the business phone number that was entered on the form.  Therefore, please be advised that your information can be obtained online even though you may cancel filling out something.  There is a way that you can be located (your electronic address) electronically.  Please beware!  Marketing companies are desperate to contact us to obtain business since we, as a society, have become more mobile.  Protect your cell phone numbers.  Not everyone has unlimited calls on their cell phone.  So, who wants their minutes used up by unwanted solicitors?  I know I don't.
