Hey guys, they are also calling for (914)398-9683...This is a New York area code.. Did anyone fill out a survey on line? That is when my phone calls started. At first I asked nicely to be taken off their calling list. But when that did not happens...Well, I start messing with him...When he would call ask. For me I would say You are stratching your butt, what you need some preparation H..I would sing to him..I would act like I was crazy....He would get mad at me and hang up finally the calls stop...it took me about two weeks...

This number has called me all day long. Did Not Answer. No message left. Last call was at 10:30 pm on a Tuesday night.

This is a scam to get your banking information. They pretend to be calling about student financial aid or something along those lines and they try to loop you into more info. They are targeting younger people because their credit is easily used to open fraud accounts. You should call your cell phone or home phone carrier and report them as this is highly illegal. Hope this helps.

I also got a call with option to be taken off do not call list.  also within 1 hour 2 other messages from 917 398 9646 and 917 398-9683 and 954 606-5669  all college interest stuff.  I graduated many years ago and do not need to go back.  All with the same recording when I called back.

calls all the time

called us for a week, when answering machine picks up, they hang up. i have 3 different numbers, 857-444-5509 and 909-259-5625 and the one i have entered. calls everyday and sometimes early am and late pm.

These calls just started today and they are coming every 15 minutes.   I just signed up to the no call registry.  I hope this crap stops because it is really annoying.

I keep my voicemail full and my friends know I'm turning my iPad into an iPhone on Wi-Fi.  Usually after getting the full message a few times they quit.  I see the CID when I get home and call the numbers I know.

Several reports above are for some kind of classes, so I have go see if this number for Classes Careers is double-teaming with the above ... 917-398-9683....

I keep getting calls from various numbers, including this one.  IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR A JOB ONLINE.....either from Career Builder, Craigslist or Monster.com, that is how they get your number.  I found this out when I received an email from Career Builder saying that someone unauthorized posted an ad about a job and to cease all communication from them.  I applied for about 6 jobs yesterday online, and now all of a sudden these calls are starting.  It's pretty f****d up that innocent people trying to find a job has to be harassed by people who are not what the ad says they are.

I am sick of all these calls where nobody is on the phone, no message is left, nothing. This is one of 5 numbers spamming my cell phone just in the last 4 days.

I have gotten unsolicited calls several times from this organization that seems to be an online college placement service for adults returning to college. Funny thing though, is that they always call from a different phone number and this is one of several numbers they use.

Calls to my prepaid cell phone (that I have to pay for!) with nothing said when I pick up the phone. Put them on the "spamming A-hole list" on my phone to try to block their calls, but they keep changing the number they call from.

That happen to me...My daughter was in college asking for my daughter. He wouldn't say what the problem was it was strictly confidential regarding financial aide if she don't pay the bill she will be kick out in the spring. I told him I was at work and don't have info. told me call back when I get home. I didn"t and called the school directly. I am in the clear.

This number called and asked us to hold for a moment.  Hung up on them but as our caller ID is not working we have no way to know who is calling!  We hit redial and wrote down the number to find out what the number was.  Came up as One on One!

Said they were calling about form I filled out online to take online courses.  I filled out no such form.

I received a call from this number and i did not check the number before answering and hang up. Anyway since it charged me 2 dollars already i decided to call back and an answering machine, talking about education program. I press 2 to remove me from the list of no call. Hope this will take of it.

Calls all the time but never leaves a message.  When I call the number back, I get an immediate dial tone.  I have magicJack, so I'll just block all future calls.

I called the number back and it gives you the option to add to the do not call list...we will see if it works!

I got a call from 914-339-9646 today. They asked to speak to my girlfriend when I said they weren't here. I asked what was going on and they said "When would be a better time to call?" so I said "Oh she just walked in" and I raised my voice to a little higher pitch and yelled at them in Russian. Thank god I knew it because I haven't gotten a call back from them ever since I yelled at them.

Got a call from this number on 12-16-10. I didnt anwser it & no message was left on my phone. Call was from White Plains, New York? Prank! I live in IL. and I dont know anyone in NY.

keep getting calls from 1 on 1 and one on one and classes careers.... driving me crazy! I don't answer, but it's still annoying.....
