I called and a recording said i had insufficent funds to activate that call.  It seem like a scam and charges keep being made.

This phone # showed up on my credit card bill with a charge of $85.90.  I did call and they answered but was put on hold and cut off.  Additional calls unanswered.  I disputed the charge with my CC company and recieved a credit.

I do not recall ordering anything from Capstar but now on my back card there is a charge for 89.00. My bank has stopped it for now but I can not find any thing on the internet for capstar diet or this phone number 914-368-2938. The number does not go to anyone you can talk to and the BBB has not record of them at all so I can even make a complaint. I am going to send a letter to the BBB letting them know so maybe they can warn people also. I always thought of Cap Star for animals not people. My vet turned me on to them when I got a animal from the shelter. Those are great but I have never ordered them I just get them at the feed store when needed sure not 89.00 worth. What in the world is going on.

It has happened to me too. I have reported it to my bank. They refer to Oprah in the add and Dr. Oz, sure they can be stopped, this is internet fraud, not sure who to report them to.

This is a scam!!!  Did you by any chance happen to order a diet supplement off the internet (trial offer and just pay for the shipping??) from CAPSTAR DIET?   If you have check your transactions for extra charges that have been billed to your account

I have just checked my credit card this morning and that's what has happened to me.  From what I'm reading the past hour here on the internet, most people have more than 1 transaction debited from their credit card.
