Then kind of reagae music and man or even men happy screaming "... they love me. ... they love me. ... they love me. ..." Ever heard about people with that strange style of behaviour (seemed like in love with himself/theirselves), perhaps in another context?

I had the same phone calls today and they phoned elven times within an hour at my work!!! Leaving no messages, but they pretended to have a very urgent call for me when they talked to my daughter who gave them my work number.
Apprently it's Usafis who pretends to be an organization who helps people to get a green card, they alreay took me 234$ several years ago when i believed they were from the US government.Don't get trapped! This ia fraude!
