Constantly getting calls from 914 area and every time I google it, I find it is March of Dimes.  Each day,, I put a block on for that number, only to fnd they call the next day from another 914 number

I called 1-800-996-2724  to ask to be removed from their list- and she kept requesting more and more info. Hey you got my phone number... Google it, My name is out there and so is my address.

Just leave me alone.  I donated many years ago, but when a charity uses my money as a tool to request more and more money from me- and to harass me, that is the end.

Five calls on my caller ID in the last 3 days from this number. Caller ID just says "New York Call"

ID'd himself as March of Dimes. I hung up. No way to know who/what is legit.

Have received 2 calls the last 2 days.  I believe it is March of Dimes.  Thank god for caller ID.  When you see the number just do not answer and they will eventually stop.

I saw the "Unknown name" callerID and, once they'd had the full benefit of my answering machine, cut them off.

Call the number back, you'll get a message from the March of Dimes.
DON'T HANG UP. There is a pause and the message continues that if you would no longer wish to receive calls press 1.
It can take up to 30 days.

The number is from a call center and The March of Dimes is on of the charities, if you do not want these calls just dial the number and wait for message which will tell you to push 1 and your number will be put on the "do not call" list.

Three mornings in a row I received a call from this company.
I answer and no one is there.

Several calls in recent days, I don't answer.

Receive calls from this number three to four times a day including weekends.  When I dialed the number machine said it was the March of Dimes and if I wanted the number removed to press three.  I did so and it should take 30 days to stop these obnoxious calls.  No one ever answers when I pick up phone.

We get calls several times a day from this number.  Knowing no one in New York, we don't answer.  But it is extremely annoying.

This is supposedly the March of Dimes Donor Care line. However, I took a call from them the other day. I turned them down for mailing out their donor request letters. I tend to be unreliable in this regard, so I told them I couldn't do it and that they'd need to find someone else on my block to complete the task. Since then, they've been calling and hanging up in our ears - like 5 times. This is ridiculous. No more donations to the March of Dimes from me. The need to get their staff in line.

I got a call from this number.  A woman said she was a paid caller for The March of Dimes.

Rang 3 times. No one there.

Seems like we get several calls per week from this caller.  It would be good to block this caller.  Enough is enough.  Thank goodness for caller ID.

Only an idiot would call 6+ times everyday and never leave a message.  I will never pickup.  If it was of any importance, they would leave a message.  WISE UP!

I got four calls yesterday from this number, since I don't know anyone with a 914 area code I don't answer figure if it's important enough they'll leave a message but they never do. I googled the phone number and found out it was the March of Dimes. I called the number back and got a recording telling me who they were and if i wanted to be taken off their calling list to press one, after i did that it said it would take up to 30 DAYS!!!!! I did this today because they have called twice today, four times yesterday twice day before yesterday enough is enough

March of Dimes - call several times each day, often very early or late - this morning the phone was ringing at 8am on my only day off this month . . . . and I'm on the DO NOT CALL list which they apparently just ignore.

I kept getting these calls from this number.  No one would be there.  Typical telemarketer.  I finally talked with a guy and told him to take me off their list.  He hung up on me.

Received same number as above.  I have talking caller I.d. But was curious about the area code and found this reverse caller I.d. Form.  Cool!

This number has called me 6 times today but hangs up when I answer. The same number has been calling for the last two weeks, including weekends.   I have learned from the blogs that it is the March of Dimes.

This is very unprofessional behavior and is disrupting my wife and me.  I realize that all orgainzations need contributions, but imagine how I will react to this type of harrasment....
