Spoofed numbers yes. But depending on how much our government officials want to pursue the matter,with a court order,the spoofed numbers can be traced back to the spoofing service and then to the user of the spoofed numbers,so reporting the spoofed numbers you are called from "could" have some value.

You must be a special kind of moron. All the numbers are "spoofed" so all your reporting is just a waste of time.

I am tired of getting calls from "Card Services."  When I actually spoke to a person and asked them to remove me from their calling list, they hung up on me.  Frustrated and sick of it!

It's the "card services"scammers who have been at this for years.The V followed by a series of numbers indicates it is a call placed through the internet and the telephone number displayed is spoofed (false) .Read the 800notes posts on 813 444 5700 which deals with the same con artists.

Called about my "existing credit card accounts".  Message says to push 1 to be connected.  I wanted to get a company name so I could file a complaint but when I pushed 1, I just got disconnected.

This is the same company (Robo-Rachael) with multiple numbers that the govt shut down a couple months ago--they are at it again--I've had two calls today different numbers--the other number was 646-417-9513

Perhaps we should all call our congressmen 6 times a day and just keep playing these messages to them, maybe then something will get done about it

More calls. These "rachel scum" are incredible cowards. They hide behind VOIP and other technology that they are too stupid to comprehend, and they use threats and foul language to try to make a few illegal dollars while the owners make all the money. We will find you and....................

Keep the reports coming for Rachel and her tribe of scammers. We are close to busting this wide open. Be sure to try and document the EXACT time that you were called and list any other info that shows on your CID display. Some CID displays will actually show the local switch ID info that really helps us.

The freaks get defensive when people get nasty with them.

These folks (criminals) call endlessly from a variety of numbers.  They have been calling for years, with no end is in sight.  You cannot get off their list,and  NOT answering the phone doesn't even seem to stem the flow of constant harassment either.  A couple of times, I have wasted their time ... and although it probably does nothing .... at least it can be entertaining.  I just act slightly confused and disorganized ... and dang, if it doesn't take forever to locate my current credit card!  Finally, after much confusion, I "admit" that I cannot locate my card, and  finally "remember" that I shouldn't give out my credit card number anyway.   These folks make up the lies very quickly .... and are pretty smooth at the con.  They don't sound nasty, unless you let them know that you are on to the game.  The only real way to stop this stuff, is for everyone, to quit answering their phone, when the number calling through isn't familiar.  Otherwise .... it just keeps going on forever.

if you have a cordless phone & you made a mistake of picking up the phone when they call, take the cordless phone to the bathroom stick the phone close to the toilet & FLUSH the toilet to gross them out & hang up or ask them to call you back on your otherline & give them Homeland Security or FBI's numbers.
Now they are on the govt's dBase.

I received a phone call from 914-594-9011.

When I asked to be removed from their list, repeatedly, they put me on hold to pornographic voices, moaning, etc. This is extremely harassing and needs to stop.

When I punched 1 a man came on and ask if I wanted to lower my credit card rates.  When I as which credit card he said my major account.  Since he could not identify which of my 15 accounts.  I ask him to remove me from his calling list.  He got nasty with me and told me to shut-up and listen to his offers.  I ask of his supervisor and he cursed me and told me to shut-the-f--- up and told me he would be calling me back tomorrow just to harass me.

I actually pick up the phone and IMMEDIATELY hang it back up again.   They don't get a voicemail; they don't get a real person; they don't get anything.  For all they know, they have reached a non-working number.

It has helped cut down on the number of calls I receive... I used to get 6-7 per day; now I get 6-7 per month.

Still annoying; but since I have to get up and look at the number anyway, I may as well do this.  I'm hoping that eventually they'll get a clue and remove my number.  (One can hope, anyway!)

The caller, Card Services, sent us a lady recorded message  for credit card service. I hung up and returned the call. It allowed to place my phone under their : do not call list:.

What cheeses me is REPEATEDLY when I get the person on the line ('cuz it starts with an autodialer) they hang up. The instant I try to say anything. They know that anything but "hello" from the customer means the customer knows the scam. I actually got "Michelle" yesterday who claimed "sincerely" that there was nothing she could do to take me off their list!

My phone company is cox communications.  they record all incoming and outgoing calls on my computer.  I've had hundreds of these Rachel calls as well as others.  My phone blocks 30 numbers.  Rachel keeps changing the number.   I'm sick of the "unknown" out of area calls.  I get these at least 10 a week.   I don't answer or press numbers.   If I get a call with a legitimate company I call them and tell them I am reporting them.  THEY DON"T CARE.   I have reported calls to my Attorney General's office here in Nevada.   They traced one call to Pakistan.  They can't do anything!  They have no jurisdiction.     I have pages of numbers who are from Rachel and others.    I'm sick and tired of doing this blocking.  I just don't answer.
