I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THESE PPEOPL TODAY SAYING I OWED MONEY TO A PAYDAY LOAN PLACE THEY  KNEW MY NAME, DOB, WK# AND SAID I WAS GOING TO BE SUED IF I DIDNT PAY.

I KEPT CALLING BACK TO GET INFO THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME ANYTHING I ASKE FOR THE COMAPNYS NAME, THE AMOUNT , THE DATE THEY KEPT SAYING I WILL FIND OUT WHEN I SHOW UP IN COURT. I TOLD THEM I WILL CONTACT MY ATTORNEY AND SUE YOU. THEY HUNG -UP SO EVERYTIME I CALLED BACK THEY WOULD HANG-UP ON ME.....BE CAREFUL THEY R SCAMMERS..

they works in very organised manner... Just ask them for documentation to deliver at your doorstep and they will never call u again... if they say that they will mail u or hav mailed u documents ask them to mail its physical copy.. thats it.... u r free from them...

he called my job claiming i took out a loan in 1/2011 its false never took out a loan in 1/2011.  and they are rude and they are harrasing me. what can i do.

I had the same thing happened to me today! They stated that i was approved a 200 loan that was transfered to my bank account and never repaid. I explained that I never applied for a loan and I dont have an active Bank Account. I am filing a report in the morning in fear of identity theft.

I started receiving phone calls from this number on 6/17/2011, on both my home and cell number. I did not answer, because I did not recognize the number, and after reading your post, I will not answer. Thanks.

A man by the name of Sean Cooper keeps calling my work and my cell.  Stating I need to call them or have my lawyer call them.  I have not once called them back due to I smell a scam.  This man states he is from a State Claims office/or something similiar.  He leaves the number 914-612-7156.  He has a very middle eastern accent to his voice.  Beware of this scam. Whether you owe money or not, do not fall for this.  They need to provide you with information before you can verify the debt.  ALWAYS remember that.

hello my name is Evelyn I did get a phone call today very threating and scarey they wanted me to pay em some money i suppose to have borrowed i never borrowed any monies from them ,they told us that they were from dept of law. and they would come and arrest me . these people can be very intimidating. I tried to contact the FCC and my attorney General, for information on how to protect my self, I never borrowed any monies . I am 60 yr old lady  ...... I appreciate any feedback you can give me to protect myself ,they already have my social security number. there land line came from xo ny INC...????dose that sound right to you , then i looked up there main source line it came from INDIA.... 914 6127156  how can they get away with this kind of scam ??? by the time i finish this post they be moveing to new phone com they probably have magic jack they cant be traced......

I received a call at work 05/16/11 from this arrogant lawyer telling me that I was going to be sued and arrested that very next day,  I must say I went into panic mode.   when I called this person back they told me I had to pay $627.00 to stop the court arrest for an OOCR.   they told me to fax the money on a credit card with my DL to fax #206-888-4251 with a note saying:
Attention: Dan Burke
 I authorize your firm to extract the amount of $627.00 today and then I was to sign it.  

Due to my work I could not afford to be arrested and I tried to reason with these people and they keep coming back and saying it was an old debt and payment had to be made or I would be arrested.   Supid me did as they ask and when it was taken from my account it came out as  "Allstate Client Services".
What if anything can I do to get my money back and stop these scammers from scamming other people.

I got the same thing as u mindy so how do we work around this? Wont they do idenity theft and stuff..that really pisses me off those kind of people will do that

I hope that if anyone gets a call from these people that they do not give them their info at all! They are scammers, I called Accatel the company that the phone was with and they said it was transferred to a different carrier on 03/04/2011! I am guessing that this is what they do, transfer to a different carrier every so often so that no one can trace the calls. They calimed to be Estate Investigations. Said that I received a cash loan on Feb 3 2011 and never paid them back so i either need to pay 400.00 or they will sue me! They said they can get up to $7000.00 from me for paying the loan back. I told them I never received a loan and had no idea what they were talking about. They had my full name, number, work number, ss#, and said they had my bank info! They called me for 4 days in a row, i cannot wait till they call again, because I have a few things to say to them! Please if you get a call like this, it is not ligit. If it was a real collection call they would not threaten to throw you in jail or come to your work and supeona you! Please be careful all!
