I've gotten several calls from this number, never leaves a message. What do we have to do to get rid of these annoying calls. The answer is not the "do not call" list, ever since I put my number on the list, the junk calls have increased. Don't put your number on the list, there's no consumer protection just exploitation!

If you want to see how simple it is to get your age. Search on Addresses and plug in your full name. You and your family links will soon appear with location and ages. We are all vulnerable!! Best answer...get an unlisted number.

07/22/2013 10:46 AM. Caller ID said "Unknown name". A recorded message offered a "complementary life monitoring system". When I called the number back, there was a message "The person you have called is unavailable right now, please call again later".

same deal here, they keep calling 2 or 3 times a week . I never answer. It goes straight to voice mail which fill up quickly with the pre-reordered message about this bogus alert thing. I may be over 65 but I don't need this crap and don't want it. and even if it was free to get this dumb thing, I had a friend who had a real one and when she used it just once she not only had to pay for the service, but for the ambulance which she didn't need or use and the fire dept for coming as well and a security cop. Yes. she did fall but she didn't get hurt, the button on the thing went off on its own.

I called the number and call cannot go through as dialed.  Never rings.  Just dead silence and then the message that "your call cannot go through as dialed. "

Mesa, Arizona - we get calls - no one is ever there, no message is ever left.  sometimes the number never aoppears on caller id.   remember the "rachel" calls - probably the same business trying to sell products for your credit cards.  make sure on all your credit cards that you opt out of your information being shared with 3rd parties, as I would think that if you have not, being on the do not call list may not be effective.   We need legislation that it is an automatic opt out of all information sharing unless you give written permission to share your information with 3rd parties.   We need consumer protection.

This number calls us in the morning, at lunch and in the evening.  then they hang up.  LETS GET RID OF 914-7558482.

I have received several calls from different places this morning.  

Did anyone ever think..  once you turn 65, you start getting offers from hearing aids, eye glasses, alarms systems, etc.  I think Social Security shares your information with these scammers.  They not only get your name and address, they get your phone number as well.  I am going to write to my senator and ask her if this happens.

People get to a dollar store and buy air horns.  After first ring, pick up and blast the horn.  Works

The caller is selling medical alert system.  This is a fraud.  Hung up on them.

The same thing happened to me around 4 PM today, except that caller was "NOT AVAILABLE."  I recognized the Westchester County, NY, area code, though.

This robo caller must have been very active today.  Not knowing anyone in Newburgh, NY, I let the answering machine take the call.  No message was left.

Folks, the Do Not Call lists aren't blocking robo calls. Have you noticed?

This number was using an autodialer with a pre-recorded solicitation. I am on the do not call list and I am starting to get more and more of these unsolicited calls at all hours of the day, from as early as 7amEST to 10pmEST. How do we get this to stop, the Do Not Call site is turning out to be a joke and its on those of us that are on it. Its starting to seem like they are selling the list to companies.

The call went to voice mail and somehow the recorded message was my daughter's voice from a previous message.  When I tried to retrieve the message again, it was deleted.  I don't know anyone from this area code and the whole call was very strange.

Because Caller ID showed Cell Phone NY, I answered and they started a recorded message - "Congratulations!  Are you over the age of 65?"  I hung up.

here we go again.  I believe in freedom of speech BUT this is getting absolutely ridiculous. What in the work is the do not call list for???  Apparently so we do not call the do not call list because absolutely nothing is being done about these calls.

Robocall says somebody has paid $400 for a medic alert system for me & even the shipping is paid.  All I have to do is punch the menu to tell a person where to ship my unit.  I know this is a scam because it keeps happening, but I go ahead to get the human.  She says its the medic alert system from tv that says I fallen and cant get up.  She is lying....that is another company with similar name who says on their web site that they never make cold calls.  This fake alert wants my bank info so they can charge a monthly fee for thr service.  Seniors are falling for this cuz they think their kids paid $400, but there is no $400 or family involvement.  All lies to get your bank info.

This number called. I didn't answer it. I have caller ID.   This call went to my answering machine and they didn't leave a message.

Called at 2:31 PM on 7-18-2013 - listed as out of area - just hung up when it was not answered and automatically went to voice mail.
