they called my employer over and over. they even threated the girl that answered the phone when i was already gone for the day. they told her she was a liar that they know i am there and they are sending the cops to arrest her. she was a nervous wreck and scared out of her mind.. our management called local police he talked with them. then they had the number blocked so they cant call my work anymore. they threatened me as well and my family. saying i was going to prison for 2 years. also told me that me and my family are in trouble. first of all dont threaten my family. second dont threaten a innocent girl who just done her job by answering the phone. when you mess with my job and saying i am going to prison you are threatening my family as well.when is anyone going to put a stop to these threatening terrorists.

Just got a call from them. It was an Indian woman saying they had my name and social. Definitely a scammer. Just tell from how she represented herself and used trying to get me scared with "consequences that will unfold" lol

I have received the same lame calls on my cell and work number.  I have reported them to the Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission. I've been ignoring the calls.  Hopefully, they'll just stop calling.  The number is displaying from the New York area.  They really need to get a life and leave mine and others alone.

When I tell them to send me the information so I can forward it to my attorney they start yelling saying that I will be arrested.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

Calling my work and not giving any information as to who they are.  They continue to call my work and now my job is in jeopardy.  These people went so far asto curse at me when I demanded to know who they were.  How can I make them stop????

I would not pay anything to any Tom, Dick or Harry who calls unless they first send me a debt validation letter and also a copy of the contract I signed, showing my signature.  These callers are scammers trying to scare people into paying a debt which, in most cases, the people have either already paid off, or do not owe.  Report them to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.

These scum bags called my office today 5 times good thing the line they  were calling is my direct line and no business calls come into that line.  He had a heavy forgein accent said his name was Martin with legal department and I needed to call him of face the concequences.  914-920-4365. Just be informed if you have a pay day loan they will work with you to pay it off and they cannot arrest you for default.  Do your research. Also there are plenty of Pay Day loan consolidation companies out there to assist you.

I have also been getting calls from these ppl.  They are crazy or something.

They keep calling my place of employment saying that I have a payday loan that has not been paid. I don't have any payday loans. They told me that i would be arrested and taken to jail, and charged with fraud and two other charges, then insisted to speak with my manager. I asked them who they were and they said a collector for United Cash advance. I googled the name and found they were wanted for Fraud. It's all B.S don't fall for it.
