Got this call tonight.  Just had my number changed a couple hours ago n haven't given it to anyone yet so was suspicious...  Those warranty people called my last number too.  I didn't answer and they only called once.  Looked it up like I did this one, and it's some kind of scam that was reported on the news.  Last time they called, to my last number, it said they were calling from Maine.  This time it's westchester, ny...  

How'd they get my number so quick??? Do they somehow get it from AT&T?

all i know is they keep calling me and the only ppls that know my # are my friends, and Bell.

yes they call both me and my friends cell phone and possibly another person in our school at about 9:41 for me and 9:59 for my friend. i didnt answer but there was a voice mail but nothing was said, my friend answered and nothing was said.

ok so this morning i recieved a phone call in school which i didnt answer but it said afterwards there was a voice message so i checked it and nothing, so then now my friend and i discuss about a weird call, in which he also recieved about 20 mins after i recieved the call. my friends call was merely less then 11 mins earlier then the last posted message from the person in toronto.

both of us attend high school in manitoba.
we also believe another person recieved this call in which they said he his waranty for his car expired and he doesnt own a car.

Got this call during school.
It was on vibrate, and it was constantly vibrating. They called me about 10+ times. I saw this number, and had no idea who it was.
They kept calling me from 10-11 in the morning =.='' was very annoying.
I had no idea who, or what they wanted. but from other people's comments, I'm glad I didn't call back and yell.

They called my cell phone this afternoon with a scam (car warranty).  Watch out.

Just got a call from this number on my cell but didn't pick up in time. A recorded message was left 'my car warranty expiring'. Not!

I live in Western Canada, and this number called me @9:49 CST. I did not answer, and rarely answer calls from unknown numbers. After checking the area code, it dovetails with what others previously posted as to originating location.

Got this number on my cell this morning, not just T.O. area. I live closer to Ottawa.

Ok HERE is the deal, PAYPAL, TICKET MASTER is not selling any info, you people need to get up with the TECH. A company is spoofing there phone number to look like its coming from the above number. Its really not hard. I can call your phone and have your caller id show ANY number I choose. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caller_ID_spoofing
Then a computer gets YOUR number at random, they don?t already know your number. They call 000-000-0001, 000-000-0002, 000-000-0003, 000-000-0004, and so on.

Rec'd call on my cell phone. Extend my warranty on my car, they ask??? Chrysler doesn't know my cell phone number and my new car warranty does not expire until July this year. News reports lately here in Toronto have warned us about this scam to take your money.

yeah they called my cell @ 11:11 this morning (woke me up might i add..) and I live in Toronto. When I answered there was nothing on the line... so weird.

It's not ticket master. That's most likely just a coincidence. I live in Toronto aswell and don't give out my cell phone publicly and I just got the same call. It's a random robo call from the US, not sure why they are targeting Canada aswell...

I just got a call on my cell from this number too.  i have never purchased anything on the net.  I am from London

I got a call at 10:39 and did not answer. Its my cell # which is not widely known but could have been passed on by any number of businesses.

I just got a call from this number and I live in Toronto. I don't give my cell # out to anyone so I'm surprised I got a call. I don't think its ticket master.

I just bought tickets on ticketmaster.ca about 45 minutes ago and a half an hour later, I got a phone call from this NY #, I ignored the call and no message was left...I live in Toronto Canada and I'm not familiar with this area code which is why I looked up this #.  It looks like Ticket Master is selling customer information.

Called my cell. When I called back the number was no longer in service.

Again today at 1:15pm with this number.  Now the recorder came on when I answered saying that if I put their sign in my yard that they will install a free home security system.  I hung up and registered with the Do Not call List.  This is my cell and it better stop soon!
