It's an "AT&T" number, looking to collect an anonymous debt. Most likely a scam, since we've never gotten any bills in the mail. The most suspicious thing is we use Charter for our home phones, and Alltel for our Cellphones. Just ignore it, or add it to the blocked calls, if you have that feature.

This number calls all the time. Four-Five times a day. Is there anywhere to report them to?

It's ATT trying to sell phone service. Answer or call them back and ask them to place you on the ATT do not call list.

at&t sales call center, nothing better to do but pay foreigners almost nothing to bother us a dozen times a day.

I get two to three calls per day, seven days a week. They know how many rings it takes before your answering machine answers, and they hang up before it.

After reading your commets I relize maybe this is why they keep calling...we recently switch phone companies.

I recently switched phone companies, and I get calls from this number almost daily. Sometimes I receive several calls a day. They never leave a message or caller ID. I just ignore them. Does anyone know how to stop these calls? Has anyone ever answered and told them to stop calling?

Numerous calls daily.  They never respond when I answer.  I have contacted my local service provider and I am in the process of calling my state's utility commission to see if I can put a stop to these calls.

So they are AT&T Sales? They sure are persistent. I use my answering machine to screen all incoming calls. They have been calling for at least six months, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day, and never leave a message. Sometimes I feel like answering and telling them I am an AT&T customers even though I dumped them years ago.

they call several times a day at all hours of the day, seven days a week.  when i call back it is at&t sales and services.  not sure what they want as they never leave a message.  i honestly think it is just a sales call since we have switched phone providers.

They called here at 1:54PM today, and have been calling us every day for the past week. We don't have phones with AT&T, we have Charter CablePhone. *shrug*
