Called this number back and got a live person but he then transfer me to another person but it was an auto voice system and i didnt say anything and then a min later it said thanks for calling good bye

These people call with difference numbers and calls from many difference states. They call every day. No matter what you do they will continue. donotcall does not work. The only way out is disconnect land line. who ever had my number before I got it owed a lot of money and they will try to collect from anybody. One call was a fax with a hospital bill for 16,000 dollars with a name I never heard of. Your congress man is owned by many. and as long as they are paid off these calls will continue, time to vote them all out. Your phone company can do away with this but it all about money.

Ok, got calls so far from 8 different numbers from all over the united states, whats next, calls from out of country. This is a pain in my a**, I do not answer, does not help to block because they just call from different number and states. Seems we have no rights when it comes to harassing us daily with at least 10 calles a day. Think it is Pinnacle.

They say nothing I called back with my number blocked a woman answers so if it was a business they should have answered with the name of it. So I believe this is a scam caller.

There are so many possibilities.  If you filled out some form on-line, you may have unknowingly given them permission to contact you. Also, you established a relation ship with someone when you filled out the form and in accordance with the dnc they can call you for up to 3 months or until you tell them to cease.  Another possibility is you filled out a form that was nothing more than a way to get some information and now they are calling you trying to imply that you owe a debt.  My guess is the last option. A sleezy scammer.   Why don't you go to the DNC site and read under frequently asked Q&A  and learn about the DNC and how it works. Most complaints about it unjustly blame it for everything from the Great Flood to herpes...

I get calls from them on a daily basis, since I filled out some form on-line.  I've reported it to the Do Not Call List.

They call my home number then call my cell from a different number. The calls come over 10 times a day. I am making payments. The last time I talked to someone I told them what I could pay and if it wasn't acceptable then send payments back, I haven't received any payments back.

Called, no message, called back the texas number 915-613-1799, and cussed the guy out. doesnt even ring, its instant pickup to operator, asking for someone other than me, told him if he called again i'd come to elpaso and chop his nuts off, havent had a call in 3 weeks.

I have had the same thing happen to me that Chris did.  When I say im not there they just say well tell them so and so called and to call me back.  I won't call anybody unless I know what company and the person I am calling for.  They call from El Paso, TX (915-613-1799) New Orleans LA (504-209-4434) Laas Vegas, NV (702-425-6807)  Everytime I call back all the numbers are disconnected but the TX number and all it says is please hold until a represenative can take your call.  (sorry about the spelling)  I am sick of these people calling and waking up my sick 2 and a half month old son.  He needs all the rest he can get and everytime I finally get him to sleep they start calling and don't stop.

Got a call from 915-613-1799 at like 9pm at night and when I called it back there was a busy signal.

Got a call from this number.  Caller ID said Texas call.  When we called the number back, got a message said the number was no longer is service or was disconnected.

Got a call from them as well. Pinnacle is a collections agency that's been calling me on other phone numbers from around the country.

Got a call and picked up and put it on mute to see if anyone would say anything. After that I hung up and they called back right away. I answered and they asked for me but I said he wasn't in and if I could take a message. The man said tell him that Jeremy called. I replied back asking him Jeremy from what. He responded with "Jeremy from Pinnacle...like the golf ball." I tried calling back and all I get is a busy signal.
