i keep getting calls from this number. does leave message i dont want them to call anymore

I've been getting calls from this number for about a month now.  I answered it a few times and they keep asking for a person by the name of Kelly.  I keep telling them that no person by the name of Kelly is at the number they are calling.  When I attempt to tell them to stop calling me, they would hang up before I could get a word in.
