called at 6:35, no message but I called back at 10:45 EST and it was a line to "mortgage services".  so I hung up.

i got a call from this number just this morning and it's the same vehicle warantee scam call that i've been getting from other phone numbers over the past 6 months or more.

my only theory is that they get caught, have to move numbers, and then continue on with trying to swindle unsuspecting people out of their money.

they just called me, asked for my vehicle make model and year, I asked how they got my number if they didn't already have that info from the car company and they hung up on me what a scam.

They've been calling repeatedly for months after several requests to take me off their list.  Asked to speak with a manager who identified himself as Mike Sneider, his boss as Trey Glassman (I did not confirm the spelling).  Mr. Sneider refused to confirm his boss would call back.  "He'll call you when he calls you."  Gave his company name only as AutoSolutions, refused to provide an address for a corporate office and said he did not know who the owner was and asserted he had no legal responsibility to provide me with an address to write or to contact a superior.  He also refused to transfer me to another call center (he said there were several).  He said, again, they would take my number off their list.  Calls came today from what I believe to be several of their call centers, beginning with 1-800-425-8110, then 1-603-214-3641 (Errol, NH), then 1-916-219-8121 (SCRM MAIN, CA), then 1-302-384-0101 (Wilmington, DE), but he asserted his call center was in Woodstock, Georgia.  

Any suggestions to report a complaint would be well received.

I got the call at 6:35p.m. and then a hang up. They have left message after message about the warranty on my GMC. Thanks GM for selling the info to turd party.

Claims they are with Merchant Services, which is a company that provides credit card machines to small businesses. We use Merchant Services. The caller claimed that they needed to do an upgrade on our machine. Sounds like they wanted some specific info. I called our rep at Merchant Services, she heard 1 complaint other than mine, and will look into it. This caller is not associated with Merchant Services. If there was an update needed, my rep said they would call to set up a time to come out in person, not handle things over the phone.

If you have a small business that processes credit cards, beware of this caller!

Just got a phone call from this number too.  I didn't answer it because I saw the post here.  Thank God for 800NOTES!!!

I agree with velcrotrainer.  It came up on my caller id as "Auto Services".  When I tried to talk to a customer service rep "Charlene" she told me they were American Advantage Warranty.  When I asked for the address for their HQ office, she hung up on me. I too have been annoyed for over six months with these warranty calls and everytime I try to get information from them, they hang up on me.  Trustworthy!  No...beware.  Good news is I was able to trace the number down to Digicom and they said they would block my number.  I hope all their calls go through these people.  I also hope that other people are wise enough to check it out before buying into something.  Good luck!

Same thing happened to me.

When I called back this number because I saw it on my caller ID list, I was told "you have been removed from our preferred customer calling list.  Goodbye." and the connection was ended. There was no mention of a company name, and no message had been left with the original call.

When you call back it's "Mortgage Services". I hung up before someone picked up.
