i've told them 3 times to take me off their list and they just hang up on me

the exact same thing happened to me as tara. he asked me for the year of my car and i told him i didnt have one, and he repeated to ask me the same question 2 more times while i asked to be taken off the call list. he said to disregard the call, but i continue to recieve them 3-4 tines a day!!!

by the way, i get the same recording call from many different numbers

I get calls from this number about 3 times a day. I tried calling it back and got a recording that says "We are sorry if we reached your number in error. We only purchase and call business phone listings. If you would like to be removed from our call list, please press 1" I pressed one and got another recording saying thank you. I still get calls from them anyway.

I get calls all the time about this car warranty scam (I don't even own one).

I get weekly calls from the extremely rude company.  When I get to a customer service representative, I politely ask them to PLEASE take me off their call list and they slam the phone down without a comment.  I continue to receive calls from them even though I have asked AT LEAST three times to take me off their list.

I get the same calls two or three times a week, all asking about my car warranty. Since I never respond, why do they continue calling?

I get the same 3 or 4 phone calls everyday.  When asked for make and model of the car I tried to ask not to receive anymore phone calls and was hung up on.  This is very frustrating.

This company is constantly calling me offering a service I don't want.  Please make this company stop calling me.

I have asked at least three times to be removed from this list.  The one time I did not just get hung up on, the "customer service rep" said that they don't have a call list.  Well, then where did you get my number.  Seriously, I am sending a letter to the "do not call list" organization....

They're a bunch of cell parasites. I've asked twice to be removed from their calling list.

they are now calling my cell phone that is a prepayed phone every min a spend on it cost me money. i have told them more then once and been ruled myself. told them this is my prepayed cell phone and stop calling. plus both of my cars are out of warrety they have no since before we got them so we do not want warrety on them in the first place. they are both over 10 years old.

This company calls me daily.  If they have a warrenty on my car, they should know the information already.  It's a scam. Please have them blocked from calling me.

I have found that with these tele scammers if you threaten to sue them they will no longer call you. Make sure you mention the call is being recorded when you first answer.  (it doesn't really have to be recorded). Ask for the operators name (present yourself as a potential customer). Answer a few questions, then cut into their B.S. and let them know that if that number ever calls your telephone again, you will proceed with legal action against them an you will include them in the lawsuit. Th numbers are typically dialed by a computer, so they will have no way to take you off the list. Act professional and make sure you say thank you

Recording about your auto warranty expiring, press 1 to speak to an operator. I pressed 1 and told the extremely rude operator who asked for the make/model/year of the car, "That's funny since I don't even drive or own a car, take me off your list." he said "Oh, that's hilarious" and hung up on me. Total SCAM!

They keep calling me too.  I called the FTC and filled a complaint. 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357), or use the complaint form at www.ftc.gov.   I think everyone should call the FTC and maybe thay will crack down on these A**holes.  This is what the FTC web site states:  

   FCC regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers. Automated dialers are standard in the industry, so most telemarketers are barred from calling consumers on their cell phones without their consent.

Its getting really irritating. My old cell number would recieve many calls a day from them about auto insurance when i dont even own a car. I recently got my number changed and ive been recieving calls from them again. Ive looked on my cell phone to try to restrict the number but my phone wont let me. Its so irritating! whatever

i rarely give out my cell phone number. Today, using my home phone, I called a car auto sales place and asked them about a car I found on line. for some reason they wanted my cell phone too.? about 4 hours later i missed a call from this number, but left no message.

They call and call and call even when i tell them time and time again to stop. Dose anyone know where the bis is at or the guy live's? I will get it to stop.

SCAM. Wants to sell me an auto warranty when I don't even own a car, or have a driver's license!!

This number 1-916-219-8127 calls my cell phone at least two to three times a day. It's and automated voice about auto insurance. I pressed 1 to speck to a rep.I have asked them to remove my number at least five to six times and every time I ask they hang up on me. I have tried to call the number back and all I get is the automated voice.
