These people call daily, don't know who they are. According to this site it's Titan, don't know who they are. If a collection agency they should just mail me proof of a debt like other legitamate companies do.

Leaves messages on a nearly daily basis to call them back... Why should I call them back. I don't know who they are, or what they want. My guess is that they want to sell me a loan for refinancing existing loans, or they're trying to collect money I don't owe.
