This number calls to say there is a litigation against me because I owe Bank of America $200+.  When I question the woman, she'll get nasty and hang up after threatening .  They have called twice now. in the meanwhile I called B of A to verify the alleged issue.  Bank of America advised me this is a scam to get personal information and money.  And NEVER should anyone give these creeps any information whatsoever.  Be warned!

They never said they are a non profit organization.  They just said my full name and asked to call the number they left.  Where they got my full name I do not know.
