Same old stupid "Attention public utility customers!" recording. Though this time the recording was so loud I had to hold it away from my ear. I'm sick of these jerks. If I wanted to buy new windows, etc. I will research companies myself! I wish there was a way to figure out who they really are because I'd sue them for calling us over and over again.

Did not leave a message 'Caller ID read Sacramento, CA'. I tried calling the number back but got a recording saying 'Unblock Ca*82. Freaking Telemarketers. I wish there was a way of blocking them.

Did not leave a message. Caller ID just said "California Call". I wish there was a way to block all of these, because 99% of "California Calls" are telemarketers.
