the same person has been calling me all day and also left a voicemail on my work phone talking about criminal charges..when i called them they said that the police would be here to arrest me tomorrow if not paid by friday..some indian dude

These people call everyday and tell me different things. Some of the things they tell me is that i need a lawyer for a pending case in a state i never been to and they said they can make it go away with money. they said i will go to jail today if i dont pay money for a bounce check. everytime i say stop calling me and take me off their calling list, they always say GOOD LUCK.

Yes he called and left a message saying that it was a time sensitive matter..
First of all I have no reason for an attorney to call me and am In no way involved with any legal matters.
So I called him back asking for spongebob square pants and explained that tho is concerning his delinquency on his pineapple house.. And if he did not return my call I wish him good luck..

The problem is, there are many stupid people out there that give their whole history to any "John Doe" that calls them.

I got the same thing today and said it was in regards to a Cash Advance Loan and that I would be arrested at work or at this address. Had my boyfriend call there and they said Hello and then he asked who he was and he said he was with this Law Firm in California and hung up. Whats with these freaking people!

This guy has called numerous times today. He has called place of work and cell phone. Has made threats of putting in jail, sending officers to work at certain time so I went and waited with local officers no show (of course) Said I got a loan sent to my bank account and now owed over $3000.00 but the loan was only for $500.10 sub-possessively.
Call local police and report.  Said was calling from Sacramento California gave a fake name of John Marshall to work, said he was a Mike to me.
Has a accent from Iranian area.

I just received this call a few minutes ago too from this guy claiming to be with the fbi legislative or something I couldn't understand anything that he was saying.  I got irritated with his poor language and hang up.  Of course, they have been calling me back and I stopped answering

Caller said he was from City Hospital in Sacramento with an family emergency call for coworker; I forwarded call and it was a scam - said she was going to be arrested and when she said she had a lawyer too they hung up.

I just got a call from this Number-- guy could barley speak English.. I could not understand a Word he was saying other then My name , and a Case , that he was calling from an attorneys office. Told him "I don't have a "Case" " .  HE called me At Work! I told him Do not call here again and hung up.  He called right back told my co-work to tell me to call him NOW, she said not now but will give message. He told her NO NOW. and said his name was John Dox N
when she asked. WTH.. I think If I had any "case" I would know and would of gotten papers of some sort.

they just call me twice and said that i had some charges agaist me that i need to pay them and then was treating me saying good luck and wish you luck not cool at all this country dont deserve this ......

We got the same message from a foreign speaking person saying I'm going to jail.  If I don't call back, they will be sending the FBI to arrest me.  So tired of these people.  Do they think we American's are this stupid??  BIG SCAM..... They answer it Good Luck.   I say, REALLY????? number from 916-245-0366

Some freak sent an FBI Cybercrime virus to our computer stating that if we got a Green Dot prepaid card and paid $300 then they wouldn't file criminal charges against us, called my husband's cell phone last night threatening to have him arrested on his job today! They had a "foreign-sounding" voice and proceeded to tell my husband "Good Luck" if he didn't pay this fine! I called them back last night (of course, no one answered) and told them to bring their A--es down here and get this fine we supposedly owe them ~~that we would be waiting on them!!!! Also the Elmore County Sheriff's deputy will be here waiting with us!!!!!!!! So tired of people coming into OUR country trying to hurt & harm us Americans!!!!!
