Membership=$4k-6K + $189/year after the first 3 years.  They don't back-up product, no customer service, they say you have to go to manufacturer for any problems.

Direct Buy - Capire Beware they will trick you Rocklin California

Beware of Direct Buy in Rocklin, CA!! The sales and management will trick you. They are worse than bad cars sales people. They will make false promises and use whatever means they can to get you to sign. If you really want a membership, go to Boise, ID or Portland, OR rather than a CA location, they charge $1,500 - $2,000 more than other locations, and they are allowed to do it.

If they have already conned you into joining and won't give you your money back, like Mike the General Manager has already told me, I am stuck.. who knows perhaps a class action is in need... check everything you buy for damage and if you get a bill from them, check it, ask for proof.. they tried to scam me out of $386 on which I still haven't heard back if they are going to make me pay... Just beware.. they told me that there was going to be a location put in Reno in January of 2008, not... they never told us that not all the brands are available at every store.. so the cabinets that we wanted we have to drive an additional hour + to get, and pick-up.

We finally signed the contract with them under diress and panicked because we were afraid of missing some great deal.. it's no deal... paid $6000 to sign up feel completely ripped off and lied to... carpe diem I suppose.. hopefully karma will hit me on the flip side..

It's Direct Buy soliciting for memberships.  They call saying you won something, but have to come down to pick up your prize after sitting through a 30 minute presentation.  Annoying.

I'm pretty sure this is Direct Buy. I listened to their speil on the phone, had to hang up after the woman repeated herself a couple of times (don't have an unlimited minutes plan). They sent me the invitation, but won't stop ringing my cell. I never answer, they never leave a message.

we are getting tired of call from this number an meny others at all time hope that someone can sto the calls.
