I received this call today 3 times, googled it and here i am, both of my boys are safe, and NOT in jail, if it is my x in trouble, so be it.. not answering the phone for this number

I just got 2 of these calls, first about 10:45 pm, "inmate named "Jack"...  I hung up because I don't know anyone in jail, and not even anyone named Jack...

Second call at 11:21 PM...  Shouldn't they be locked in their cells?  WTF???  I just answered and hung up immediately...

Got a call this Sunday morning @ 11:15, no message was left. If it was someone I knew in the Sacramento County Jail, they would have left a message.

Received a call this Sunday morning at 11:15. I didn't answer and no message was left. Googled the number and here I am. If it was from the Sacramento County jail, from someone I know, they would have left a message.

So far I've received 5 missed calls from this #. I noticed they call when I'm asleep and my phone is on silent. They called me 3 times and left voicemails. The 1st 2 was the phone wanting me to accept the call. As for the 3rd voicemail it sounded like the guy said his name was Dagwood and hung up. I don't know anyone by that name nor anyone that is in jail.

I had 3 calls today in past 3 hours and 1 call every day the past week. I never answered butvketvut go to voicemail. No one left a name on my messages. How do I get this to stop?

This is a number that people call from when they get locked up. It's the free line they can use before getting housed to call family, friends, bail agency, attorney, etc.

I got a call but missed it. When I tried calling it back it said the number wasn't a number that is used but to call IC Solutions at 888-xxx-xxxx. I then researched the company and had an idea of what it was. Then I search the number and this page came up. I know one person that is currently in jail but shocked he would call as he was an ex about 2 years ago for a very short time. Thanks for posting bout this. I know that I will not accept any calls from him.

I got one on my cell at 9:30 pm.  I didn't answer the call, and the message left was only, " ...to refuse this call hang up, to block calls press 9".

I got a collect call from this number. The recorded voice claimed to be  "Jose". I don't know any Joses and much less a jailbird, and the call came in at 849pm. I had the number blocked. We'll see what happens.

It is sac county jail, no offense to the people who say they keep getting these calls did you guys ever think someone you know might be in jail? Either you do or there are some bored inmates crank calling random numbers. I do know if u listen for the part that say an inmate is calling then a recording of the person dialing you will say their name. So if it keeps happening and you don't know the person continuously calling listen for their name and call the jail and complain.

This number claims to be from the Sacramento County Jail.   Usually, there is an automated message stating it is a free call from an inmate<Insert inmate's recorded name>.  It then, gives you the option to refuse the call (Hang up), answer the call (Press a specific number), or block the number (Press a specific number).  I have refused twice and blocked the number once and still got a call again yesterday.
