The same number called me at work and said I was going to be sued by my employer for a large check that bounced. He want me to verify my ss number. When he said the wrong number 3 different times I hung up. He called back and left a voice mail saying now that I hung up on him I would be served papers for the law suit. My office now knows the number and will no longer be answered.

A lady contacted me today by the name of Ashley Scott from this phone number stating I owe money for a payday loan that I took $300 from that was deposited into my old banks checking account, said if it went to court it would be $600 plus court fees n that I would need a representative, she said she could settle with me for $154, to call her back before Friday the day she has to turn everything over if I didn't agree to there terms. All info given to me was out of date.She couldn't even give me the official name of the company who has these charges against me, just started calling out random company names, none of which I have heard of but one that I know for a fact is know n for SCAMS. You Won't Trick Me!!

What was the name of the agency?  Who exactly served you at work?  What type of court did you have to go to --- criminal? civil? small claims?

there are a collection agency collecting on real dbts i just went to court for this same company they had me served at my job for this loan an i had to pay 3200 dollars at court because i told the judge i thought this was a scam im pissed i never took kevin stephenson offer of 1100 one time

got a call saying i owed them 700 some dollars and they are taking legal action against me

Kevin Stevens called said I owed a pay day loan and threatened me with jail and taking court action and keeps calling every day

they keep on calling and threatening me with court and leaving harassing phone calls.  They said name was kevin stephenson.  They mentioned my name and social.  they are talking about loans that i never even took out..

There's a guy calling Alex Brown saying I'm in legal bc of payday/short term loans I didn't pay. He had my live ce info full ss# n an old address. He had a bank account # that was valid (n opened after this supposed debt was occursd n that account was closed shortly after open). He keeps calling n it's getting annoying!!

Number keeps calling, they left a message stating their going to take legal actions regarding a check I wrote.
The lady's name is Liz Newman, she repeated the last 4 digits of a SS #, but it wasnt even mine. This is a Scam, someone trying to get money.
