I wouldn't just ignore them - this number is for HomeEq Servicing, a mortgage company. If you are behind on payments DO NOT IGNORE THEM - talk to them, let them know what is going on, they WILL work you.

At the end of my last comment - I meant to say "they will work WITH you".

Actually, they will NOT work with you at all.  They will call and HARASS you even when your payment is not 'late'.  We have HomEq and know that they start call and demand payment even though they know that we always pay on or before our 15 day GRACE period ends.  They start calling on the 2nd and call multiple times a day, every single day, til the 15th, or whenever you pay, and harass and berate you for not making your payment yet.  

The irony is that if you setup an automatic payment with them, they'll take it out...on the 15th!!!  Uhh...ok!

So no, they will NOT work with you.  Even were you to fall behind, they will not, they are one of the mtg companies who WANT to foreclose on homes, and quickly, and will start the process as soon as they can.  We have close friends who had to deal with them when they fell behind on a payment, then another.  They did get caught up and haven't been late since, but H.E. refused to work with them at all, was extremely rude in all the dealings and started the foreclosure proceedings very, very quickly.  

This company already has an unsatisfactory rating from the BBB and many, many unhappy customers...they should be shut down!!

Those clowns call me even though they no longer have my mortgage. I've had to call them and ask why are they calling me and it seems that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

What a home mortgage.. I don't have one.. I rent.. how in the hell did they get my number.. if it is the previous people... this company should get they info straight.

Tell them you are recording the calls, And DO record them, They have hired some street people that mumble mouth so bad you think your in the hood when they call. They have no knowledge of mortgages or any process that is required to foreclose. I have recorded two calls that I will be uploading to the net. In one the moron tells me that they can foreclose one day after the breachment letter expires...(they need to file a LP first) they will lie and lie. Let them know that they are being recoreded so you may use it if needed

Wow, I thought I was the only one.. my mortgage is due on the 1st, I swear, by the 2nd, 8am eastern time, they start calling, and I am talking 5-6 times a day until the payment is made.. I screamed at the one cust rep one morning when he called me on the 2nd of the month... then when you go to make a payment, they ask you why you didnt make it on the 1st, and I always tell them "none of your g-damn business"
this company is a disaster, and of course my mortgage was sold to them so I am stuck, I am going to re-fi ASAP, I cannot deal with this garbage anymore..

We are a month late on our mortgage.We were one day late and the calls started.I attempted to tell the woman to call the agency we are working with since we are not to have any contact with Homeq.She said"now you listen"I responded with "no you listen" and hung the phone up.They are calling all the time.When the phone is on I answer it and hang it up so they can't even get to voice mail.This agency will wait till the second mortgage payment is overdue and will give you 30 days before they will file a judgement.They will also send a guy in a pickup to snoop around your house and will charge you for the service.We are trying to short sale the house with a FHA approved agency.If the house goes to foreclosure Homeq gets ZERO.Because of their pending judgement after 3 payments are missed we must move and leave the house unoccupied and no utilities on.It will be harder to find a buyer for the house because of this.Betweem Homeq and Countrywide we can't win.

This is indeed HomeEq, which is one of the worst mortgage companies out there.  They start calling on the 2nd of the month, 8am, saying you're late for your monthly payment, even though a) you have a 15 day grace period and are NOT considered late til the 16th b) you have an arrangement with them and a very, very long history of ALWAYS making your payment on or before the 15th, never late!!  Yet they will start calling, every month, on the 2nd, first thing in the morning, and HARASS the caller with why they haven't paid yet and tell them they are late and etc etc.  Horrible, horrible customer service and zero ethics!
