I received a call from this phone number. I am on the do not call list. They said it was for a security promotion. I too hung up on them. It seemed sketchy instantly.

I got a call from 916-437-8378.   They said they was in my area and wanted to stop by about security.  I told them they were not in my area and hung up.  Who are they and what do they want?
