Did they actually have your ss #? Cause they claim mine is under investigation (load of crap) but I was just wondering if they really have our ss

I knew this was fraud! I need to learn how to block this number from calling me!

My bank statement shows GOV EMP CREDIT 91A 2392289 loan pmt. 23076718.   $212.03 . I nrver opened a gov. loan and my bank and I cant figure out who this is.  It was also on my Feb. statement. They are defrauding me. Should I go to the police?  I don't know who to go to. This is a crime. They,  whoever they are,   stole my personal information. I haven't received any calls yet from them.

THESE PEOPLE ARE REALLY OFFENSIVE AND NEED TO BE CAUGHT AND ARRESTED THEMSELVES. THIS NUMBER CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES STATING I WAS GOING TO BE ARRESTED AT WORK AND LOSE MY JOB. I ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE FTC .

Some guy called my cell phone today and left a message that there is a lawsuit against me for a payday loan I took. I do have one put I am paying it off and it is in good standing. Then they proceeded to call me at work also and I hung up on him. Strange though because he was able to quote the last 4 digits of my social security number. Very scary.

I decided to call my loan office and ask them if there was a problem with my account and they said no. Then I proceeded to let them know what happened. Apparently, some college kids in INDIA....YES INDIA! Have been able to hack into some computers systems (not sure who or what) and are calling people with enough info to scare you. Total fraud. However, unless you give them money, you can't even file a police report. Total scam.

this number has been calling me so much i had to change my number... now they are calling my work... and i have no idea what they are talking about i have taken no loans from this compnay and when i called the number back the responded with "WHAT?!" and told me that i would "f****ng get it in my next life"... which doesnt sound AT ALL professional to me... I DO have loans but they are unpaid and I filed bankruptcy on them BUT NONE ARE RELATED to this company... they told me they were "Gavin Smith Lawsuits" and called from 916-458-5650. they also claim they are from peachtree lending company, which is a morgage company... I can bearly afford my 2 bedroom apartment, let alone have never purchased a home. if there is any more information that anyone can provide me about catching these guys please post here. thx

Everyone don't panic about this number, especially since August 1 is the first day of Ramadan, and it is not a Sacramento number, the prefix is 011,  -916-458-5650.  Just block the number or don't answer, especially if you're on a smart phone.

This number called me several times threatening me. "Eric" stated I would loose my job and go to jail and have to pay thousands of dollars. He said he was calling about a payday loan.

I received a call from this guy.  He was threathing me and told me he was going to come to my home.  I told him if he did he just bought a ticket to ride with me and It won't be good.  He continues to call my cell phone and when I told him that I was going to the police department he called me a BI***.  I then told him that I was going to put a crease in is head.  It's dosen't matter he continues to call How do I stop this ?  Any suggestions ?

i have gotten calls from this number now in the last 2 days before it was from 2 other numbers, same guy just different names.. he keeps telling me that i have to get my atty to call them. but when i ask why and what it is about he just tells me that its a lawsuit and gets all nasty..
i dont think that a law office conducts business like this not telling you what it is about or yelling at you.

they called my husband at work saying he would be arrested tomorrow for a payday loan that was not repaid.it was never received.  they claim to be from anderson law firm in CA.  I called the number back restricted and they answered the phone differently, and spoke in a foreign language. scammers!!

I also have been receiving phone calls from this number claiming to be a law firm. I could barley understand what he was saying so I asked the gentlemans attorneys bar number and he became very upset. This guy was suppose to be an attorney and started to swear at me and then hung up on me. I really wish somebody will shut them down.

I continue to get calls from this same number. Says he is Eric Johnson from Anderson Lawfirm. Doesn't even speak clear english. Not a an american obviously. It's a Sacremento Califronia number. Thought about contacting the local law firms in the area to let them know they have a bogus guy representing them. It would be just added stress with the other crap I have to worry about in this crappy economy.  Says the same thing. The guy even recited my social on a voicmail! Contacted the FBI they said it was just a scam. So much for confidence in the Federal Law inforcement. Called my phone company to have the number blocked. Now I don't answer a number I don't recognize. GOD! I am soooo pissed!

Never had a payday loan in my life and these people are calling me saying that I'm going to get arrested for check fraud and all kinds of things! Crazy!

Need to make correction the caller said he was from a law firm he called my company here at Wyle Labs

They keep calling here at work threaten if I don't pay them $4000 for a $643 loan they claimed I took out in June. Only loan that was taken out is being investigated by my bank and FBI and federal trade commission for $500 dollars they claim there a law firm for easy cash I don't have any documentation from that company they claimed they have sent 8 emails. I don't have it showed on my checking accounting that $500 credit form govt empl credit don't know where that came from I had applied for some loans but there being paid back not gotten any documentation on this $500 dollars empl credit put they have gotten alream $265 of that back of the $500 as govt emp credit they said I have 3 federal charges against me either i or my attorney don't call them back today there going to wish me very good luck. They told my brother on Monday if I didn't pay them $300 dollars in 2 hrs they would press these federal check fraud, defrauding the govt and one more. I'm scared to death I've left my attorney a message I've already file this with the FBI and Federal trade commission they keep harassing me.

They called me and stated I had defaulted on a payday loan which I never had. The one I had I payed back a long time ago. When I started telling them this was a scam and I'm going to get my lawyer involved, they hung up. Nice way to do business if they are legit. Which I know they are not.

Just got a call. Interesting enough I just had my identity stolen. Jerk told me I would be arrested today at 5 pm. They are scammers. Don't reveal any personal info to them. If you have a blackberry, get privacy star app from the blackberry apps world and block their number.

These people have called me repeatedly, they have obviously stolen all my personal info and are very threatening, they are SCAMMERS, do not give them any info!!!
