Sounds like the tyupical foreign scammer - you don't get a lawsuit filed against your social security number.  Ignore and block the callers.

Somehow got my employers tel # calls harrass them. Leaves two # but when call them back. No one is there.

They gave me two numbers... He said his name was Robert and to call by 3 to this number and 916-258-5092, which you already have listed...
