this guy "Frank Johnson" says that he is from the IRS and that there was a legal compliant against us and that the police would be coming in the next 2 hrs to give us papers and arrest us and not to leave. i called back and he wouldn't say the company and then said it would be 24hrs for the paper work and the police to come.

If you try to tell them anything other where to send the money, they won't let you talk, you wind up in a shouting match, they are so rude, with a attitude like that I will never send them anything ( when i would be able to ) If you try to work with them that you have to get your house payments caught up first they don't care, SEND ME THE OUR MONEY FIRST to heck with them...........

I have gotten several calls from this number with no identifying info whatsoever. Just a name and that I should call back. Uh, no.... I think not.

I am getting several calls about a Capital One and a Bank One account they I am to have had when living in CA. But during that time from until just last week, 10/22/09 I was living in New Orleans and when I ask for a copy of this request for a credit card, they try the I will sue you. That is fine I ask for their name and I will have my sister how is an attorney and she loves to take cases like these. Remember people are taking the ID's from a great deal of people and we the people that more then likely never got as far as the 3rd grade or they would ear more money finding people stealing others' ID. Let me know how you deal with these A??es. Jason

MF just called me from this number looking for a former employee (she only left us 2 days ago).... I told him she no longer worked her, he sounded stunned. So I asked him If he talked to her lately and he said "kinda", I said well eithers it's a yes or a no. She is still in the same line of business so if it was a vendor she was trying to contact I would tell him where she was.... So just as I getting ready to give him her info I asked him "What do you do", he said "Excuse me? I'm looking for a sales rep and you want to know what I do"... It then clicked he is a nobody and told him "She no longer works here" and hung up... Ey and if he's reading this WTF is Superlative? is it like a superlaxitive? lol

I had a similar as Jesus' where it was for Michael Johnson. They said provided an 888 number to call back and that if i listened to the message and I wasn't Michael, I'd be reported to the FBI. Too bad I wasn't home and my answering machine recorded the call. This was in regards to an outstanding debt. The recorded voice, which was pieced together was of an English sounding male voice.

I answered the phone, and immediately, a female voice on a recorded message began. This is what I heard until I hung up. "Your call is extremely important to us, plase hold until the next representative is available."

got a call from Superlative RM today regarding an account that's passed its statute of limitation. These guys are scavengers trying to collect on an otherwise uncollectable debt. Send them a "cease communication letter" through certified mail with a return receipt request. They will have to stop calling and harrassing you. If not, you can sue them.

Rec'd call that showed up on caller ID Superlative Bis Caller ID number 916-478-6798 David Lay (Very nasty-rude) Called about a Capital One credit card that is almost 10 yrs. of course speaking to him they'll more than likely try to re-age the account, kept saying I refuse to pay when I kept telling him to prove that I owe. We got in a shouting match. I told him if he thinks I did have such an account to send all correspondence in writing and do not call my number again.
Prior to that call a voice message (automated) directed me to call 888-441-4544

Collection agency, asking for wrong name. Funny thing is, other numbers have called for people with the same last name. This one is asking for George Martinez, and the others who call more often from Penn Credit Corporation are asking for Amy Martinez. Always an automated machine which hangs up on you.
