This person scammed me out of 2 grand dont be fool goes by john brook

spoke with this syntrol heating and air, a scott who told me he would deal with it and to basicly pound sand i told him i would file suit and restraining order because this activity will not stop. i have also notified the roseville police re: the activity. roseville police states they are going to explain the activities need to stop now.

I searched the other number that I received these calls from which was 916-234-6544. I found the companies name is Syntrol not Central. The company?s information is: Syntrol Plumbing, Heating and Air, CA Contractors License #728304 Phn# 916-772-5813 there business location is 2120 March Rd in Roseville. They are illegally dialing numbers that are on the DNC list in addition they are harassing many people. I told the girl not to call me anymore and she was rude I asked to speak with her supervisor and she transferred me to a suicide hotline. Now I am receiving double the amount of calls they wont stop . I called Syntrol and spoke to Jeff Sandoval who told me that the company isn't doing anything wrong I told him they are harassing me and still nothing has been done about it. I have filed a complaint with the department of consumer affairs and suggest everyone else do the same. I have also found that this company use to be Bianchi Plumbing and Bianchi Heating and Air and the license was revoked due to bond claims from customers. They are now Syntrol (with the same address) and doing bad business again.

I contacted the utility savings program from there website I received a call back within the hour. I spoke with a very nice lady who informed me that these calls have nothing to do with them and they have been getting many complaints about this. get calls from this number continuously throughout the week, sometimes several times a day.
Never have talked to a real person. We are on the do not call list as well. How do we eliminate thee unwanted calls?

Before this number started calling lots every day, all hours, he (same voice), was calling from phone number (personal # I believe... 1-916-234-6544).  IT'S EXACTLY THE SAME CREEP'S VOICE ON BOTH PHONE RECORDINGS.  Try calling both numbers and you'll see it's the same.  I'm pretty sure that 234-6544 might be THE IDIOTS HOME PHONE NUMBER.  SICK, SICK, SICK OF THE CALLS SO I DON'T ANSWER THEM ANYMORE, BUT MOST OF THEM ARE STILL STORED ON MY PHONE'S CID MEMORY LIST.  ANYWAY, try the 916-234-6544 and I do believe you will agree it's the same idiot's voice.  As soon as the harrassment calls of 234-6544 stopped on 12/16, then the other number 572-8366 started and continues many times each day since then.  Expecting one around 11:00 a.m. this a.m. to begin the day's calls.  From a very irritated person, ME

I've had this new landline number for about a month and they (916) 572-8366) have been calling me every day for the last 5 days at least 4 times a day and I'm sick of it. They're cowards that don't have lives other than to pester other people. I never answer and won't. It's more annoying than anything, why call us if they don't want to talk?

Same with us - calls from 916-572-8366 all hours of EVERY day and night show up as incoming on television screen at our home in Fair Oaks, CA. When I called back once, it was blocked ("Caller not accepting calls at this time").

Just keeps calling and hanging up-when called back recording states " Utility saving program" they probably selling solar products or something like that. annoying!

Time to start a class action law suit against these people. its national heating and air.

They are still doing it. I have reported them. Looks like the do not call registry does nothing about it at all. I thought that they were suposed to be fined for this by the government. Looks like we have to take matters into our own hands. A class action maybe ? Any lawyers out there that want to make a few bucks :)

Have received numerous calls from this number. Caller ID says Scrm Main. No message ever left on my answering machine. Have called and asked them not to call again, but they still continue to call.

Same problem here, repeated calls about cleaning your HVAC system. I have reported the phone nuber to the California Attorney General's office.

Keeps calling my home phone...never leaves message. I'm sure it's a marketing call or something. It's very annoying

This number 572-8366 calls 2 to 3 times a day. Is this America or not?? We can go to the moon but can?t these people from harassing us. Go after the telephone companies that let them do this to us Americans in our homes and fine the company Big. Then it will stop.

We have received several calls a day from this number for over a month.  If we answer, usually no one is there, just a dial tone.

I get calls daily from these people, national heating and air.  I am on do not call list and have reported them.  I have left a message on their appt. recorder asking them to not call and have called them back and asked them not to call.  No change, still get called every day.

so annoyed by this auto-dialed call: at least 5 times a day, no way to ask to be placed on do not call list which we are on. thankful i found this site. perhaps it will do our family no good, but i'm glad to know we aren't being singled out. now to figure out how to auto-block this #.

Called them back and asked to be taken off their call list, they have failed to do so. I am on the do not call list.  I called and left them a message again to report that since they have not taken me off their call list I will be contacting their attorney and I will be collecting $500.00 from them and another $500.00 for each call after that.

I have been receiving numerous calls from these idiots, too!  I'm in Citrus Heights, CA.  They never leave a message and call at all times of the day.  I am reporting them to the Do Not Call folks.  I've had enough of this BS.

I answer! Recorded massage time to clean my HVAC unit.  I can tell you I will hire the little F%#@!! I want to get the spiders out of the vent to the mine shaft out back!!

   I am sure 50 is a LOW figure. The caller id on my fax holds last 250 calls if I print it ! That number is 65% of the calls on the printout!!
   I will select forward this call to the Sacramento Sheriff non-emergency line see if that helps!

Do not call list seems to be a joke these days I get a call a day the last 6 months from some marketing company and most are not english speaking or computers that cant be called back.This is the 2nd local number i have ever had! The other that calls all the time "Police officers general fund". Checked it real deal. I guess the law don't apply to the law. The Do Not Call list is in need of some kind of overhaul. Just don't do anything except put your number on a list

I have been contacted by this telephone number no less than 50 times. Could Verizon block this number.

They have been calling everyday but I haven't answered.  It only rings a few times before they hang up.  My caller ID just shows SACRAMENTO CA
