Just got two calls  from this number and he left a message the second time saying he was from Geico and that I owed him some money and he needed a "two party check".  Nothing he said applied to me.  I called back and got his voicemail, his name is Kevin Thorn(?).  It's total BS.

More info on the cvs I was wrong it is not cvs pharmacys phone number.  He is directing return calls there.  I checked there number and it is different.

My female cousin who lives in sacramento got a few calls from this guy doing the same thing as discribed and interupiting her sleep.  She called me to tell me about it.  So being the protective cousin I toke the number to call this guy bac and bug him with sexual harassment and come ons until he got tired.  Turns out a cvs pharmacy in Roseville has picked up this number a little while ago.  I went through the vocie prompte thinking at first thay this guy does this s*** a lot so he must have a fake voicemail to ward off return callers.  It went to a cvs worker and I explain whay happened.  She said this has been a on going problem the last few months and the police have been informed.  Seems someone has been hacking there system or that they still share the number or something.

Called me at 3 am four times. I answered on the third time, because I thought there was some emergency. He asked if I was sleeping and I kept asking him who this was. Heavy breathing and muffled sounds... I think he was touching himself. I hung up. Immediately following the phone call was a text message saying "wake up!" i texted back saying, "who is this? do you know what time it is!" and he texted back saying, "wake up".

I also have an oregon number. I noticed that other people in this state are getting calls from him. I am going to my local police department tomorrow morning to file a report. He shouldn't be terrorizing this many people and not have any action taken against him.

He called my phone this morning. At three in the morning. Four times. I answered on the third, because I thought there might be an emergency.

Since he had gotten to my voicemail, he heard my name. He asked, "Is this ____?" I said, (stupidly), "Yes, who is this?" He said, "I wish you wouldn't be mad at me." I said, "Sorry, who is this?" He said in a breathy voice, "Were you sleeping?" I said, "Yeah, who is this?" and he said, "Yeeeeeah". I immediately hung up the phone.

A minute later, I received a text message from that number saying "Wake up". I texted back saying, "Who is this? Do you know what time it is?" He texted back saying, "Wake up".

He sounded like he had been foundling himself. It was rather super creepy and menacing.

It does not make me feel safe to fall asleep. I don't think I can do it... talking to police tomorrow morning. This guy has been doing this far too long.

someone called from "blocked number" and started talking like we were old friends and then when i asked you it was he said for me to guess. then i told him he had the wrong number and he said my name. that freaked me out. he wouldn't tell me who it was and said it was a surprise and for me to guess. last night i got a text at 2:50am saying "WAKE UP"...followed by a call this morning at 6:50am.

He texted me and told me to wake up, and then texted me asking if i was still up and then called me with a really weird stalker voice........ i'm 16 years old and this is scaring me, and he keeps on texting me!

Apparently he had y'all wrapped around his finger lol... I did just the opposite. Can't say he wont stop calling any of u, But he's a smart one.

This is the 2nd time this creep has called my work and played the whole "Guess who this is game, and he kept requesting my cell phone number."  After I refused to give him mine he gave me this number and asked me to repeat it back to him.
I'm glad that some info came up on this phone number this guy is a creep.  I hope something can be done to stop this guy he needs a life.

My girlfriend has just started getting these calls from the same number. I've found that he has a Verizon carrier [a west coast llc], he's had it since 2001, and somewhere i found he's based out of Orangevale specifically.

It's interesting to find this forum on his actions has been going since 2008. It's damned creepy.

I have started receiving calls from this number that are very simuliar to the other posts. This guy acting like you should know him, guess who he is, talking about his dream......
Ironically, I started receiving calls just after my car was vandalized and broken into while I was in Sacramento. (I am not from that area, and have an Oregon cell number.) My thoughts are that he was either involved in the burglary on my car, or found my stolen belongings with my cell phone number.

Got 2 calls from this person at around 11 am this morning, Sunday 12/18/2011. It was extremely disturbing and offensive. I plan on blocking his number and putting it up on craigslist so he gets annoying calls. He's disgusting. BTW, I can't believe this awful person has been doing this since 2008.

We received TWO calls on our cell phone from this number at FIVE AM on a Sunday.

I got a call and then texts from this number today.  I have a friend who lives in that area so at first I thought it was him playing a joke on me so I played along for a few texts.  When he continued to refuse to tell me who it was I told him I was not comfortable continuing this conversation.  Hopefully that is the end of it.  If not then I will pursue legal action and have the authorities figure out who it is.

Called my Oregon number at ~8:00 am.  I think he fishes for numbers because I answered with a male voice and all I heard was breathing.  Probably gets names from answering machines.

Mentally disturbed person called my phone during the night from this #.  I hung up and it was followed by txt messages. I turned off my phone. The next day I contacted my phone carrier and had calls and txt messages blocked from this phone #.  The block has to be renewed every three months so I will stay on top of it.

This creep called me at 5:03am and told me to wake up, when I asked who it was he told me to guess and I immediately hung up. He called again 3 hours later but I didn't answer. Immediately after he sent me a text asking where I was. Needless to say I blocked him. Someone needs to catch this creep. Do all of you have pay-as-you go phones? Is this only happening to women? I just kinda feel like I'm on an episode of Criminal Minds and I'm not enjoying it one bit.

a couple months ago, called me 3 times at about 3 am where i live, and never thought of it again. then he he called again yesterday morning and sent a text asking where i was. since was still mostly asleep, i erased immediately because i knew it was him. i dont know why this guy hasn't been caught yet!

when i called and he didn't answer the answering machine was a pharmacy in CA... then he called me and i answered he told me to guess who he was, i told him he was creepy and i didn't know who he was, he called me a brat and ask if i didn't have time.. then he hung up. This guy is a creep. He knew my name. Though I think he got this off of my voice mail. His name is supposedly under Mark. I'm going to report him.
