This number has called me at least a dozen times in the last year looking for a person whose name has never been associated with my phone number.  They say each time they will remove it from their records, but it is just a lie.  I wish I could meet up with the guy who does this and get a chance to talk to him my way.

With all the fraud going on, I dont know the numbers and this is not a ligit company the number is actually a false number. If you dont know if the number is true or not goggle it or call the phone company. If it is not a number I know or have stored it dont get answered. Also for people that do pay their debt they dont deserve to be bothered by annoying false numbers or fake people. I wnat to thank the working professionals who work in various jobs and also milatry families. These people work hard but fraud is worse today than it was 10 years ago.

I get calls from this number every week or so. I have NEVER picked  up and they NEVER leave a message. Now that my iPhone has a new update, I am able to block numbers and this will be the first one blocked. Nothing but a pain, and if it were a real debt collection agency, they would leave a message. And since I KNOW I do not owe anyone anything, this MUST be a scam.

I HAD A MESSAGE AT MY EMPLOYMENT FROM 916-685-3399 AND A NUMBER 916-685-2233. STATING TO BE A COLLECTION AGENCY, BUT THEY LEAVE NO INFO FOR WHAT THEY ARE COLLECTING FOR. PRETTY BAD WHEN THEY HAVE YOUR WORK PHONE NUMBER.

Yes, they must not disclose information about the alleged debtor, however, refusal to even identify their company when they've called someone first does not speak well of them.

They are a debt collection agency, they do not disclose their information because it is illegal to do so, do you really want them leaving your information on someone else's voicemail by mistake? Or telling your work your business?

Spoke with them on a debt I legitimately owe, they WILL work with you and politely.

Uh...if this company is legit, then why are they calling my tracfone where there is no name registered? And even if it was, it would be a fake name anyway. So, this "legit" agency is attempting to point an unloaded gun at a debtor that technically does not exist. The only thing that exists is a phone number - so they obviously take a random sample of phone numbers and a small percentage of those are registered to real people who don't know whether they actually owe money or not. To get the so called creditor off their back, they send money. If that isn't a scam, then I need a new dictionary. Nice try - by the way I get these calls on  this disposable, pay as you go, tracfone all of the time. Sometimes they even leave a voice mail Its pretty hilarious. Its worth the price of entertainment just to hear some of this s***. Someday, I'll call em back acting like the person they are seeking and give em no end of s*** just to screw with them. So you can delete all of the previous crap on this thread about the legitimacy of this company. I don't care who these bloggers claim to be. That's my story.

Hey, people. Get a Verizon cell phone and you can block up to 5 numbers for free. If you pay an additional $5 a month you can block 20. The calls never get to your phone, they are stopped before they get that far. It saves on minutes because even if you don't answer, they leave a message or just ring the phone, you are charged a minimum of 1 minute. I had someone who called me every hour on the hour for a month. When I got my cell bill I nearly died!!! I called Verizon, my carrier, and they told me what to do. No more calls like that. Easy fix.

If you truly want work, there is plenty of it around here. I live in Bryan/College Station, TX, home of Texas A&M University. The area is truly booming!! Scott & White just built a new hospital, A&M is expanding Kile Field, houses are going up all over the place and they are selling faster than they can be built. The new A&M Health Science Center is taking over about 400 acres of land with several biotech companies filling the spaces. The military has issued a contract with A&M to create antidotes to biological weapons and all kinds of medical research is under way in the area.

I live in an RV park and there aren't enough RV spaces to accommodate all the RVs that are coming into the area with A&M now in the SEC with all the games of all kinds that are being played here. A&M has also expanded its student capacity by contracting with smaller 2 year colleges in the area guaranteeing graduates admittance to A&M if they will take their first 2 years in the smaller colleges. This frees up space for more graduate students to attend A&M and offers those who would not be able to get into A&M due to overcrowding the opportunity to attend and graduate from A&M instead of going elsewhere.

If you work construction, companies are crying for skilled construction workers. They need painters, carpenters, bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, steel workers, heavy equipment operators, and much more. And the best thing is that Texas is a "right to work" state, so you don't have to join a union to work.

Bryan/College Station is about 100 miles north/east of Austin and is a wonderful, safe, friendly place to live. The schools are excellent (more so in College Station than Bryan), but be ready for very hot and humid summers. After all, this IS Texas. Oh, if you are a left winger, I wouldn't mention it here. This is the heart of Texas where we love our God, our families and our guns. If you can't deal with that, then just don't come.

I just received 3 calls from this number to my cell phone in 13 minutes, no message ever left.  After reading the posts here, I called them back.  I told the rude jerk that 1. It's illegal to call a cell phone (he denied) 2. That I had received 3 calls in 13 minutes (again denied) and 3. The person they were looking for has never had this number (I've had the same cell phone number for 15 years.)  He started blasting me so I hung up...  Only to get a call from them about 5 minutes later!!!!

My ex husband got a call from this number asking for me. They didn't identify themselves as a collection agency (which I am thankful for, as my ex husband doesn't need to know my business anymore), but said that they had information for me. He gave me the number and I called them to figure out what it was.

They were collecting for a legitimate debt that I had from 2-3 years ago. They were very polite, and settled with me for well under what I actually owed. Yes, it was a little more than the original bill, but since I should have had to pay at least 2 years of interest, I'm considering it a pretty good deal.

I don't know if I just got lucky, or what, but my experience with these people was pretty good, considering. They worked with me as much as they could, told me exactly what they were collecting for, gave me a callback number and the extension for the woman I originally talked to, as well as her manager. They gave me the options of payments or the settlement amount, and made sure to explain that if I did payments, it would be more in the end (which was obvious to me, but it was good of them to make sure I understood).

This company & others have cross referenced our address to get our phone number. We've lived at this address & have had our phone number for 20 years. Our address is the last known address for the person they're looking for. They get themselves in trouble & we get the harrassing calls! There should be a law about companies the practice this.

Received a call from a woman stating she needed to speak with my elderly Father and would not disclose nature of call.  After speaking with my Father, she told him he owed $2500 on a loan for a Honda Civic, which he never owned, but he had to send $5001 TODAY.  He told her he did not ever have a loan like this and she stated she had the wrong social security number after asking the last four numbers.  When I called back I was put through to a man who stated they are based in Maryland but incorporated so he could call from CA.  I told him I was going to report him to authorities then he stated I HAD to speak to a supervisor.  When I told the supervisor he was being reported he started yelling and cursing.
This is an obvious scam!
