They have been calling me repeatedly at all times of the day. Researched Aram Alexander who is the owner of Aram Solar in Manteca and found out his office number is 209-825-6660 and his cell number is 209-649-4204. Maybe those being  harassed can return the favor. I have reported the number to California Consumer Affairs

This is an solar energy compant that "is in our area."  Sales call...ignore them.

Alexander Aram left a message on our voicemail - "we wouldn't do anything we would just hang out in a hotel room ha ha"..

This number appears on my caller ID at least once a day.  They call at all times of the day and never leave a message. The name is Alexander Aram. Very obnoxious!

Aram Alexander calls every day....I just finally blocked his number.

Same issue with caller ID showing Aram Alexander and no response from "them" when answered.

I just got a call from 916-692-1099, and have gotten computerized calls telling me about amazing opportunities to save energy because of a new state program.

I'm on the do-not-call list, and California doesn't have to money for these kinds of programs anyway!

We receive a call from Alexander Aram (916 692-1099) almost daily.  We don't answer and the caller never leaves a voicemail.  No one seems to worry about the Do Not Call list.

They leave no message and do not speak when I pick up the phone. I'm about the change my number because of all the harassing calls I receive. Yes, they are harassment even they do not speak, as they do it over and over again.

They called my cell phone twice today. I didn't pick up.

called home phone on 9/29/2010 name on caller ID Alexander Aram left no message. called cell phone on 9/30/2010, woman identified company as California Energy Savers. I was in a meeting and hung up.  Both my home phone and cell are on the Do Not Call Registry.

These people have called my business line, and my home phone.  It is illegal to solicit a business.  They are soliciting work for energy saving services.  It was entertaining to scare the heck out of them for calling a business---true panic in his voice.  I also told him that they were trying to mislead people by making it sound like they were associated with the State of California for energy conservation.  The guy couldn't get off the phone fast enough.  Both of my numbers are also on the do not call list.

Just now they called on my home line.  I told her I wasn't interested and to quit calling here.  Her response was oooooohhhhh.  

The caller ID shows Aram Alexander.  Aram Alexander is a CA licensed general contractor out of Manteca CA.  He appears to not be assoicated with California Engery Saver out of Sacramento.  I think it is a scam.

Same number and caller ID here a few minutes ago.  Did not speak when I answered.  I think this has to do with solar panels if you showed any interest at any of the fairs.

Same thing. Has called twice. Leaves no message. I am suspicious so am reporting the number after googling it and finding all this. Who are these people? How do they get our numbers?

Got several calls from this number to my home phone ...no message left.  Glad I thot to Google the number , and there everyone is !!...complaining about the same # !!

Just got a call (3:41p HST) on my 808 Cell. Didn't answer it (No message left) - Googled the number - found this thread and decided to post.

I received this phone call as well - - "California Energy Savers" they call themselves, however, if you go to the California State Contractors Licensing and check the name it is not the name of any of those listed.

You can do something about this.  

Google the do not call list - it is a .gov site.  You can then report to the FCC the phone call that  you received.  You will need the phone number that called, the date and time of the call and the name of the company.  

Let's get rid of these people!!!
