Have blocked this call and it keeps calling back. Not sure what the purpose is but do not like getting called from this number and no messages left and no way to return the call.

Caller ID shows "Out of area". Stopped between the 3rd and 4th ring, so my local call answering was not triggered. I think chilly is right about being a sophisticated dialer.
