Called my mobile phone.  No message left.  Called back using an alternate phone and it states it is american income life.  From what I remember, I was a part of the UFCW8 (united food and commercial workers) when I worked at a local grocery store in the Sacramento region and they use the services of american income life for some of the union benefits.  I have not been a part of that union for around 18 months.  Don't know why they would call me.  Oh well... They left no message and neither did I when I called back.

They called and actually left a voice mail. They saw my resume and the "manager" wanted me to come in for an interview. Never heard of these people.  No other information other than a phone number to call back. I've blocked them.

They got my number off of monster.com and asked if I was looking for a full time position.
The job sounded suspect and didn't have anything to do with my qualifications.

If you get these types of calls just block them after you report them to the FCC. That is all.

I get 4 to 5 calls a day from this number.  They will not leave a message therefore I never call back.  Does anyone know if a number can be blocked? If so how?

I received a call 2 days ago for an interview today at 10:30 a.m. with American Income Life. A week ago I received a call for an interview with Banker's Life. Recently retired from a government law office, I thought that posting my resume on careerbuilders.com would help in finding a part time job. I have received soooo many job interview offers from insurance companies that I became very suspicious. My gut was telling me to research the company, as I do everything that comes my way, and I have found a multitude of information everywhere on this company whether you search by its name, address or phone number. Thanks to all of you for keeping the public posted! Your posts have confirmed my suspicions and will help anyone else that has the common sense to research before wasting their time. My cell phone provider will block their number with no fee.

Calls every hour - no message, no response.  Obviously a computer generated search by someone to see if anyone is home.

This # is from the UFCW Union.They want people to sign up for life insurance.

It's the office of reps for AIL (American Income Life Insurance). My father has a policy with them. Not really sure how lagit they are. The AIL website says they have been providing the working class with life insureance and supplamental benifits for 50 years. But, if we believed everything on the internet we'd all be tied up reading about goverment conspiricy, waiting for the Alien landing, just before the world ends tomarrow....proceed with  cation.  0.o

Called it back because the person left a message but I couldn't comprehend what she was saying (she said the company name so fast and that I applied for a job with them). American Income Life was on the automated attendant message, I didn't need to hear anything more. Just hang up on this number don't respond that you are who they are looking for it's a total scam to try and get you to pay them money to help you find a Job. They prey on people out of work saying they have work for you, just come in fill out some paperwork and pay the retainer or finders fee up front and they guarantee to place you in a job as soon as possible. I've been scammed by these types before. They just get your money and then spam your email and snail mail until you sue to make them stop. I knew signing up on careerbuilder.com would be a mistake. Had this happen when I signed up for monster.com years ago. Thankfully Monster based phishers stopped after a few years, guess I have to hope the same of careerbuilder.

i went in for an interview and they had a really nice office, a little bare inside but still a nice office.  I met one of the managers their and was brought back for a second interview.  After the final interview they had offered me a position as a receptionist salaried at 38,000 a year. So i did what anyone in their right mind would have done and i took the job.  I love working here and im so glad i came in for an interview
