Got the same vague message as everyone else did. However Ms. Murphy is being sneaky now calling from a private number. She does leave a message with a call back number. Don't call her back unless you want to pay the credit bureau.

Got a vague message from her today .... The only company I owe is Surewest and I am not paying for it since its a service I requested to have turned off 3 times and they did nothing .... Oh she can try and sue me its under 150.00 ... LOL Good Luck

Debt collector, well she can get in line!!. She can sue me all she wants but since I escaped from the great sucking sound (aka Kalifornia) she will need to get a judgement in the state I'm living in and that is not always a given.

I just got a call from Sherry Murphy also but i don't owe any phone company so I don't know why she is calling me. I am not calling her back. She needs to leave a little more info on her message before I return her call.

Sherry Murphy is from Placer Creditors Bureau in Roseville. A collection agency. As you mentioned the only one you owe is Sprint PCS. Well that is who she is collecting for and THAT IS HOW SHE GOT YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER. I know this because she is trying to collect from me right now for my Surewest Wireless account.

She called. Threatened to sue me and told me she will see me in court. I told her I owed HER Nothing. My Debtor I owe and I have their money for them if they decide to accept it.
As of now my debtor refuses to take my money and insists I pay her. I owe my debtor and NOT her.
